Procedure for the continuous manufacturing of a closed band of plastic laminate material with reinforcements to maintain a stable shape and the sack obtained by said procedure.Through the procedure of the invention, there is a longitudinal continuous band in one or more pieces that form a sleeve. To said sleeve are performed a series of holes in longitudinal parallel lines placed at regular distances. Each of said series of holes is covered with a continuous band whose width is greater than the distance between the weldings of said sleeve. All this allows sealing both the base and the cover by performing oblique welding on the flat band, as well as welding for creating the snouts.
