Abstract

This is a screen printing machine for tiles where tiles are transported on a belt to a printing station on which a screen roller containing at least two images, and activated by a feeding motor, is run in synchronization with the tiles advancing on the belt. The belt on this machine moves at a constant speed. There are control mechanisms for the rotation of the motor that are sensitive to the positive or negative difference between the existing circle's arc between the transverse axes of two consecutive images on the roller and the theoretical arc subtended by the angle fraction corresponding to the total number of images held on the roller and the reciprocal position of the screen roller and the belt.
