Abstract

Máquina de café expreso del tipo que incluye: un circuito cerrado de agua caliente/vapor sobrecalentado, calentado mediante un intercambiador térmico (2) en una caldera de agua hirviendo preferentemente bajo presión (1), en la que dicho circuito cerrado (2, 21, 22, 23) pasa, como mínimo, a través de un dispositivo de distribución (4) provisto de un filtrador (43) y una electroválvula (42); un circuito de agua fría (3) que inyecta agua en un conducto ajustado (37) situado en dicho intercambiador térmico (2) para introducir en dicho circuito cerrado el agua distribuida a través de dicho dispositivo de distribución (4) y una electroválvula (42), en el que se establecen medios de control con el objetivo de controlar la temperatura de salida del agua/vapor sobrecalentado, en dicho filtrador (43), caracterizada por el hecho de que: se establece un segundo intercambiador térmico dentro de dicho dispositivo de distribución, dicho segundo intercambiador térmico llevándose a cabo al hacer pasar un tubo pequeño de agua fría (35) corriente arriba con respecto a dicho filtrador (43) y corriente abajo con respecto a dicha electroválvula (42) que libera una cantidad predeterminada de agua caliente (41) para permitir el ajuste y el control de la temperatura de salida del agua/vapor sobrecalentado en dicho filtrador (43).
