Abstract

Production of a polymeric complex (I) from vinasse comprises mixing the vinasse with a chemical and/or biological flocculant, heating the mixture to at least 80 degrees C, removing yeast by decantation, removing insoluble solids by decantation, partially evaporating water from the mixture to obtain an aqueous solution of (I).
