Abstract

El presente sistema de fijación vertebral dorso-lumbar y lumbo- sacro, se basa en unos conectores (1), a modo de pinza (12), de manera que, por un lado va provisto de una rótula (3) multidireccionable, hueca, por donde se hace pasar una barra (2), y por otra parte, la pinza porta un orificio circular o coliso (13) por donde se fija la cola (4) del elemento de fijación de la vértebra, pudiendo ser este elemento un tornillo (6) expansivo hueco que se abre contra la esponjosa al introducir un pasador (18) por el interior, o un gancho (5) que se acopla a la vértebra por la zona laminar o pedicular. Esta invención tiene aplicación en la industria de los implantes quirúrgicos.
