Abstract

Wiring structure for installing cables and cable-shaped items in a vehicle such as a motorcycle. The object is to provide a wiring structure that neatly arranges cables and cable-shaped articles. A fuel tank 8 is arranged between a pair of main frames that extend from a front tube 5 to a rear and have a long longitudinal cross section. The fuel tank 8 has a curved recess 33 near its front part. Curved recess 33 and main frames 7 define a clearance 35, through which an accelerator cable 23 (example of cables and cable-shaped articles 20) extends from the underside of fuel tank 8 to the upper part of the front tube 5, thus reaching the steering handle 6.
