Abstract

LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN APARATO DE SECADO POR AIRE CON ORIFICIO LIMITADOR PARA LA FABRICACION DE PAPEL U OTRAS BANDAS EMBRIONARIAS ABSORBENTES. EL APARATO TIENE UNA PRIMERA ZONA (41) Y UNA SEGUNDA ZONA (42). LA PRIMERA ZONA (41) SE MANTIENE A UNA PRESION DIFERENCIAL INFERIOR A LA PRESION DE PENETRACION, MIENTRAS QUE LA SEGUNDA ZONA (42) SE MANTIENE A UNA PRESION DIFERENCIAL SUPERIOR A LA DE PENETRACION. EL TIEMPO DE RESIDENCIA DE LA BANDA EMBRIONARIA A SECAR CON EL APARATO SE MANTIENE PREFERIBLEMENTE EN MENOS DE 35 MILISEGUNDOS EN LA PRIMERA ZONA. UTILIZANDO EL SISTEMA DE DOBLE ZONA DESCRITO ANTERIORMENTE, SE REDUCE LA ENERGIA TOTAL NECESARIA PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL APARATO.THE INVENTION REFERS TO AN AIR-DRYING APPARATUS WITH A LIMITING HOLE FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF PAPER OR OTHER ABSORBENT EMBRYONIC BANDS. THE APPLIANCE HAS A FIRST ZONE (41) AND A SECOND ZONE (42). THE FIRST ZONE (41) IS MAINTAINED AT A DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE LOWER THAN THE PENETRATION PRESSURE, WHILE THE SECOND ZONE (42) IS MAINTAINED AT A DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE HIGHER THAN THE PENETRATION PRESSURE. THE RESIDENCY TIME OF THE EMBRYONIC BAND TO BE DRIED WITH THE APPLIANCE PREFERABLY REMAINS LESS THAN 35 MILLISECONDS IN THE FIRST AREA. BY USING THE DOUBLE ZONE SYSTEM DESCRIBED ABOVE, THE TOTAL ENERGY NEEDED TO OPERATE THE APPLIANCE IS REDUCED.
