Abstract

Waste crushing machine. The machine comprises of a receiving tank (2) for the material to be crushed, in the interior of which is a movable plunger (3) which pushes the material against a revolving, serrated drum (9) fitted with knives which, in conjunction with others (16) and (17) fitted on the frame and in the tank (2) crush the material. Connecting to the area where the revolving drum is located (9) is a sieve or screen (21) which tilts around mounting axis (22) and is fixed to the frame by some lower cotter plates, the sieve (21) is hidden by a workable lid (25). The crushed material falls by gravity through an opening fitted beneath the actual sieve (21).
