Abstract
This is a filtering system which very completely purifies air polluted with gases and fumes principally from ceramic frit furnaces. The system of the invention essentially incorporates two main filters which are in communication with one another by means of intermediate tubing. Inside said filters are wheels for braking the speed of the polluted air, settling of the polluting particles being generated, said particles being collected in lower collectors. In addition, provision has been made for a crystallizable product which is introduced inside said filters in such a manner that, when the gases and fumes are mixed, other particles are generated which will also fall downwards under gravity and, like the previous ones, will be collected in the corresponding lower collectors. Connected to the system is conventional filtering equipment, for final purification, which incorporates an exit shaft.
