Abstract

Método de aserrar granitos y otras piedras con granalla y con lodo sustentador de materias finas y blandas que separa o no los detritus de aserrado mayores por medios mecánicos y los menores o todos evacuando continua o frecuentemente una fracción de lodo sustentador, lodo que se repone añadiendo agua, cal y materias finas y blandas en la proporción y cantidad adecuadas para mantener las cualidades sustentadoras del lodo y una concentración de partículas de piedra que propicie consumos de energía, granalla, flejes y tiempo bajos, sin incurrir en elevado gasto de compra, preparación y evacuación de materias finas y blandas, que controla el contenido de granalla en el lodo con un transformador cuyo flujo magnético pasa por el lodo circulante desde dos polos anulares exteriores y controla la viscosidad por la intensidad activa del motor de la homogeneizadora.
