NUEVOS PRODUCTOS LACTEOS VITAMINADOS, QUE TIENEN UNA EFICACIA NUTRICIONAL POTENCIADA. SE TRATA CONCRETAMENTE DE YOGUR, AL CUAL, EN SU PROCESO DE ELABORACION, SE AÑADEN CANTIDADES NUTRICIONALMENTE ADECUADAS DE VITAMINA D. ESTE NUEVO PRODUCTO TIENE EL DOBLE EFECTO DEL APORTE NATURAL DEL CALCIO QUE LLEVA EL YOGUR, Y LA ACCION FAVORECEDORA DE LA VITAMINA D, QUE ACTUA COMO POTENCIADORA DE LA FIJACION DEL CALCIO SOBRE EL ORGANISMO, LOGRANDOSE EL DOBE EFECTO NUTRICIONAL Y ANTIRRAQUITICO. EL APORTE DE VITAMINA D (EN FORMA DE PROVITAMINA O COMO VITAMINA DSI2 O DSI3) SE REALIZA SOBRE EL PRODUCTO LACTEO NO DESENGRASADO, PARA FACILITAR LA DISOLUCION DE LA VITAMINA, O SOBRE LA LECHE O EL YOGUR YA DESENGRASADOS, CON ESPECIAL CUIDADO EN LA FASE DE HOMOGENEIZACION. LA CANTIDAD DE VITAMINA D QUE SE AÑADE OSCILA ENTRE 2-400 UI DE VITAMINA DSI3 O EQUIVALENTES POR 100 GRAMOS. ESTOS NUEVOS PRODUCTOS SIRVEN PREFERENTEMENTEPARA POTENCIAR EL EFECTO NUTRICIONAL NORMAL DE LOS PRODUCTOS LACTEOS FERMENTADOS CON UN MARCADO EFECTO ANTIRRAQUITICO.NEW VITAMINATED DAIRY PRODUCTS, WHICH HAVE A POTENTIATED NUTRITIONAL EFFICACY. IT IS SPECIFICALLY YOGURT, TO WHICH, IN ITS ELABORATION PROCESS, NUTRITIONALLY APPROPRIATE AMOUNTS OF VITAMIN D ARE ADDED. THIS NEW PRODUCT HAS THE DOUBLE EFFECT OF THE NATURAL CONTRIBUTION OF CALCIUM BY YOGURT, AND THE PROMOTING ACTION OF LA YOGURT. THESE NEW PRODUCTS PREFERABLY SERVE TO ENHANCE THE NORMAL NUTRITIONAL EFFECT OF FERMENTED DAIRY PRODUCTS WITH A MARKED ANTI-RACHITICAL EFFECT.
