LA COMPOSICION DE CEMENTO COMPRENDE: 80-90% EN PESO DE UN CLINKER PORTLAND RELATIVAMENTE POBRE EN ALITA, 4-7% EN PESO DE UN REGULADOR DEL FRAGUADO Y 2-6% EN PESO DE UN ACTIVADOR ALCALINO, PUDIENDO SUSTITUIRSE HASTA UN 35% EN PESO DEL CLINKER POR CENIZAS VOLANTES, ESCORIAS SIDERURGICAS Y PUZOLANAS O SUS MEZCLAS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE: A) FORMAR UNA HARINA CRUDA CON 75-85% EN PESO DE CALIZA Y 25-15% EN PESO DE ARCILLAS; B) CALCINAR LA HARINA CRUDA A 1.350-1.400GC PARA OBTENER UN CLINKER PORTLAND; C) MEZCLAR EL CLINKER, CON EL REGULADOR DEL FRAGUADO Y EL ACTIVADOR ALCALINO Y, OPCIONALMENTE, CON LAS CENIZAS VOLANTES, LAS ESCORIAS SIDERURGICAS Y LAS PUZOLANAS EN LAS PROPORCIONES INDICADAS ANTERIORMENTE.
