EL INVENTO DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR LODOS DE ACEITE CONTENIENDO HIERRO PARA SU POSTERIOR ELABORACION. DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR EN UNA PRENSA DE EXTRUSION POR TORNILLO SIN FIN EL LODO DE ACEITE CON CARBONO Y MATERIAL SINTETICO, SE AMASA LA MEZCLA PRODUCIDA, SE PRENSA LA MEZCLA Y SE EXTRUDE UN PRODUCTO ELABORABLE SOLIDO Y SECO. EL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE DE LA MEZCLA TRATADA EN UNA PRENSA DE EXTRUSION POR TORNILLO SIN FIN PRESENTA UN 50 A 60% DE LODO DE ACEITE, UN 30 A 35% CARBONO Y UN 5 A 10% DE MATERIAL SINTETICO. A TRAVES DEL PROCEDIMIENTO PUEDE ELABORARSE EL LODO DE ACEITE CONTENIENDO HIERRO PARA SU ELABORACION POSTERIOR. EL PRODUCTO ELABORABLE PRODUCIDO SE OBTIENE EN FORMAS DE PELLETS O BARRAS DE LA PRENSA DE TORNILLO SIN FIN. LOS PELLETS PUEDEN FUNDIRSE LIGERAMENTE PARA SER UTILIZADOS POSTERIORMENTE O SE PUEDEN TRANSPORTAR A UNA FACTORIA SIDERURGICA.
