Abstract

A tray comprising a base (3) having a top side (4), an underside (5) and a peripheral side edge section (6). The underside (5) of the base includes two groups (10, 11) of locating means (5) therein, each group (10, 11) of locating means (5) including a plurality of elongated slots (17, 18). The slots (17, 18) in each group (10, 11) are generally parallel to and spaced apart from one another with the slots (17) in one said group (10) extending generally at right angles to the slots (18) in the other group (11). The underside (5) of the base (3) further includes a plurality of formations (20) which extend away from the slots to form sloping support sections (23, 24, 25, 26) these formations being bounded by adjacent slots of each of the two groups and/or said peripheral side edge of the base.
