Abstract

Metodo para la preparación de espuma de poliuretano mediante mezcla de (a) un poliisocianato, (b) un poliol, (c) un agente expansionante, (d) un catalizador y, según se requiera, (e) un agente de superficie activa, cargas u otros aditivos, caracterizado porque el Poliisocianato (a) es un prepolímero con grupos finales isocianato producido a partir de un poliéster diol y un componente de poliisocianato mezclado que comprende 45 - 95 % en peso de difenilmetano diisocianato conteniendo al menos 5 % en peso de 2,4'' - difenilmetano diisocianato y 55 - 5 % en peso de un polimetilen polifenil poliisocianato con una funcionalidad de 3 o más; y porque el poliol (b) contiene un poliéter poliol con 2 a 8 grupos hidroxilo, de los cuales al menos el 30 % en peso son grupos hidroxilo primarios, y teniendo un peso molecular de 1000 a 10000.
