Abstract

Asiento, especialmente para vehículos, con una placa de conexión (6) para una calefacción por resistencia eléctrica colocada sobre la cara interior, recubierta con láminas del tapizado (1), estando la placa de conexión (6) cegada y unida al tapizado (1) mediante otra lámina soldada o pegada, que se ha adjuntado a la superficie interior del asiento o del respaldo, caracterizado porque la placa de conexión (6) está recubierta con plástico y dispuesta en la cara interior del tapizado (1) o de la lámina de cubierta (3) que tapa los conductores electrotérmicos (2), y separada del plano de estos últimos, y sirve para la sujeción del cable de conexión (8), el alojamiento del regulador de temperatura (7) y para la fijación de las conexiones de los conductores electrotérmicos (2); porque la distancia entre la cara interior del tapizado (1) o de la lámina de cubierta (3) y la placa de conexión (6) está ajustada mediante un bloque de montaje (5) dispuesto en un lugar predeterminado, configurado en material esponjoso u otros materiales elásticos y unido a ambas piezas; y porque el tapizado (1), previamente preparado de esta manera, es introducido con su cara vista en contacto con el molde negativo de la pieza de asiento o de respaldo, y el volumen restante se rellena con plástico esponjoso de tapicería.
