Abstract

Improved procedure for filling bottles with metered amounts of a sterile product, and installation and elements for putting said procedure into practice. The procedure involves the placing of a stopper and a cap on the bottle, before the sterilization thereof. The cap and the stopper are subsequently removed, the bottle being moved towards a metering nozzle, and once it is full the bottle is put back under the stopper in order to close it and cap it. The elements consist of a stopper, the zone of which accommodated in the bottle is of equivalent size to the radius of the upper zone, and a cap. The installation comprises a revolving disc, on which are arranged the means for removing the cap, lifting the stopper, metering the product and putting the top on the bottle, as well as a concentric rim which revolves in the opposite direction, and another turntable, tangent to the first, which revolves in the same direction.
