Abstract

Breadmaking machine for the formation of loaves and derivatives. The machine is designed to shape and cut pieces of bread, such as bread sticks, etc., automatically and without interruption. It is based on a support structure 1 on which there is a bench with a tray conveyor 5, and above this bench 7 a conveyor belt 6 for the mass 13 of bread, being also equipped with a head 31 in which there are rollers 34-35 for flattening the mass 13 and shaping rollers 36, the strips of bread being cut by a guillotine or knife mechanism mounted on a bridge 18 which is operated by a hydraulic piston 19.
