CAMBIADOR DE CALOR, ESPECIALMENTE EVAPORADOR DE REFRIGERANTES, QUE ESTA CONSTRUIDO DE VARIOS TUBOS PLANOS (2) QUE ESTAN COLOCADOS PARALELAMENTE Y CON PARTES (2A, 2B) ABOCINADAS PREVISTAS EN AMBOS EXTREMOS. EN LAS PARTES ABOCINADAS ESTAN PREVISTAS ABERTURAS DE CONEXION (6, 6'') PARA EL PASO DEL MEDIO CAMBIADOR DE CALOR Y ENTRE LOS TUBOS PLANOS HAY NERVIOS CAMBIADORES DE CALOR. PARA AUMENTAR EL CAMBIADOR DE CALOR SE INTRODUCEN NUEVAS TURBULENCIAS INTERMIADAS CAMBIADORAS DE CALOR (7, 10) EN LOS TUBOS PLANOS. CON ESTE OBJETO DEBEN EXTENDERSE LOS EXTREMOS ABOCINADOS SOBRE TODA LA ANCHURA DEL TUBO PLANO PARA QUE PUEDAN INTRODUCIRSE LAS TURBULENCIAS O SE COLOCAN EN FORMA DE ZIG-ZAG EN LOS TUBOS PLANOS CON CORTE TRANSVERSAL OVAL, POR LO QUE LA ZONA MEDIA (21) DEL TUBO PLANO SE DEFORMA BAJO ALARGAMIENTO SIMULTANEO DE LA TURBULENCIA COLOCADA PARA EL DEFINITIVO GROSOR DEL TUBO. EN EL PRIMER CASO HAY QUE PRESTAR ATENCION A QUE EN LAS PARTES ABOCINADAS NO ENTRE NINGUN SOBREALARGAMIENTO DEL MATERIAL. CON ESTO SE CONSIGUE QUE LA PARTE ABOCINADA SALGA EN FORMA DE ARCO DE PUNTA HACIA LOS CANTOS LONGITUDINALES DEL TUBO. EN EL SEGUNDO CASO NO ES NECESARIO TAL PROCEDIMIENTO.
