METODO PARA EL DIAGNOSTICO DE LA GRIPE HUMANA Y SUSTRATOS DE ACIDO N-ACETILNEURAMINICO CROMOGENICO MODIFICADOS EN LA POSICION 4 PARA UTILIZARLOS EN EL MISMO DERIVADOS CROMOGENICOS DEL ACIDO N-ACETILNEURAMINICO MODIFICADOS EN LA POSICION 4 A BASE DE ELIMINAR EL GRUPO HIDROXILO, DE SUSTITUIR EL GRUPO HIDROXILO POR FLUOR O DE SUSTITUIR EL HIDROGENO DEL GRUPO HIDROXILO POR METILO QUE SE UTILIZAN COMO SUSTRATOS EN ENSAYOS COLORIMETRICOS PARA DETERMINAR LA ACTIVIDAD DE LA NEURAMINIDASA DE LA GRIPE HUMANA EN MUESTRAS CLINICAS CON EL FIN DE DIAGNOSTICAR SELECTIVAMENTE LA INFECCION DE LA GRIPE.
