Abstract
ESTA INVENCION ESTA RELACIONADA CON LIPOSOMAS Y GELES DE INTERDIGITACION-FUSION (IF). ESTOS LIPOSOMAS Y GELES CAPTURAN SOLUTO ALTO RESPECTO A PROPORCIONES DE LIPIDOS, QUE INCLUYE AGENTE BIOACTIVO. ESTA INVENCION TAMBIEN ESTA RELACIONADA CON EL DESCUBRIMIENTO DE QUE LA FUSION DE LIPOSOMAS PARA PRODUCIR GEL Y LIPOSOMAS DE IF SEGUN LA PRESENTE INVENCION ES TAMAÑO DEPENDIENTE. LA PRESENTE INVENCION TAMBIEN ESTA RELACIONADA CON UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR LIPOSOMAS Y GELES DE IF. EN EL METODO DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION, LOS LIPOSOMAS DIMENSIONADOS FORMADOS POR SONICACION, EXTRUSION O PROCESOS ALTERNATIVOS SE FUNDEN EN PRESENCIA DE ETANOL U OTRO INDUCTOR ADECUADO. ESTE PROCESO TIENE COMO RESULTADO UNA COMPOSICION DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION EN FORMA DE GEL. PARA PRODUCIR LIPOSOMAS, SE EXPONEN LOS GELES A UNA TEMPERATURA NORMALMENTE, PERO NO NECESARIAMENTE, SUPERIOR A LA TEMPERATURA DE TRANSICION (TM) DEL LIPIDO UTILIZADO. LA TEMPERATURA NECESARIA POR LOS METODOS DE LA INVENCION ES AQUELLA TEMPERATURA QUEINDUCE UN CAMBIO EN LAS PROPIEDADES DEL MATERIAL DE LA MEZCLA. TAMBIEN SE PUEDE RETIRAR EL INDUCTOR.
