Process for the production of intramuscular gamma globulin inactivated by pasteurization. Process for the preparation of multipurpose or specific intramuscular gamma globulins which includes a stage of specific viral inactivation by pasteurization in solution. Under the conditions of the process according to this invention no significant change in the Ig molecules or their biological antibody activities, or the presence of aggregate or denatured molecular forms, is detected. It has antitetanus, antihepatitis and anti-D (Rh) applications.
