Abstract

Dietetic and cosmetic product for topical application and oral ingestion, which consists in mixing water 2, in a quantity which can vary between 200 and 900 ml, with 50 to 350 grams of Cynara scolymus or alcachofa 3, being mixed and homogenized in a receptacle, using the appropriate mixer, with a quantity of aquatic algae 4 varying from 1 to 20 grams subsequently being added to the two products or elements 2 and 3, and a quantity of Citrus limon 5, which can vary between 50 and 150 grams, finally being incorporated into it in the receptacle, with the four elements being beaten and homogenized, and kept in a refrigerator with a temperature which can vary between 5 degree and 20 degree C.
