Abstract

This tool for practising a competition sport consists of one of the "sticks" which are used in the game of hockey and consists of an elongate body, formed from a rectilinear part and a curved part, being formed by the secure association of two previous half-parts abutting longitudinally in a plane of mirror symmetry, which are formed individually by moulding by means of superposition of a plurality of layers of heterogeneous synthetic materials agglomerated (bonded) with a synthetic binding resin, of which materials the layers which are inside the body and which extend only along the rectilinear part are alveolar whilst the intermediate and external layers also extend via the curved part. The body has a rectangular cross section with curvilinear smaller sides, in the rectilinear part, and a trapezial cross section with curvilinear bases, in the curved part.
