EL SUBSTRATO ESTA REVESTIDO POR UNA ALEACION METALICA ADEMAS DEL ACERO. PROCESO PARA OBTENER ESTE HILO. SE BATE UN HILO DE MAQUINA DE ACERO QUE COMPORTA DE 28% A 96% DE FERRITA PROEUTECTOIDE Y DE 72% A 4% DE PERLITA. SE EFECTUA UN TRATAMIENTO DE TEMPLE PARA OBTENER UNA ESTRUCTURA QUE COMPORTA MAS DEL 90% DE MARTENSITA. SE EFECTUA DESPUES UN DEPOSITO DE METALES, SE CALIENTA EL HILO PARA PROVOCAR LA FORMACION DE UNA ALEACION Y LA FORMACION DE UNA ESTRUCTURA QUE COMPORTA MAS DEL 90% DE MARTENSITA REVENIDA.
