Abstract

This machine is formed from a tray in an inclined arrangement with a gradient towards the outlet, there being a raised end portion of said tray and a camber from its front or upper edge towards its rear or lower outlet edge, provision having been made in correspondence with the zone for receiving the fruit for air-outlet holes for overturning the shells, whilst in correspondence with the higher lateral edge provision has been made for a conduit with a plurality of holes which are elongate in the transverse direction, via which air is projected which separates the shells from the seeds, the shells exiting via an outlet opening separate from the outlet opening for clean seed. Said tray is mounted by means of its front edge on a frame which rests via elastic supports on a second frame constituting the general framework, an adjustable vibrator being mounted on the first frame.
