Abstract

Improvements to apparatuses for generating steam (vapour) for domestic uses, formed by an apparatus of general casing in which is included a water tank with external take-off for its filling, and with an internal conduit which reaches a boiler with a heating resistance element, an injection pump being interposed in this conduit so that the water is able to enter the boiler even when there is a high pressure in said boiler. Provision is made in the boiler for a level resistance element which starts up or stops the pump in accordance with its lowest level or the level set, respectively, for the inside of the boiler. A steam-outlet conduit starts from the boiler and arrives on the outside, with an intermediate throttle valve, controlled from an external control panel. The fact that the water tank and the boiler are independent of one another allows filling of the tank even when the apparatus is in operation and also a shorter heating time as the boiler where the steam is produced is of smaller capacity.
