LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE DIRIGE A UN PROCESO PARA REVESTIR LAS SUPERFICIES INTERIORES DE UN ORIFICIO (22, 24) EN UN SUBSTRATO (12) QUE FORMA UNA BOCA DE INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE DE LECHADA. EN UNA EJEMPLIFICACION ESPECIFICA, LA BOCA ES PARTE DE UN SISTEMA DE INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE PARA METER UNA LECHADA DE CARBON-AGUA EN UN GRAN MOTOR DIESEL MULTICILINDRICO DE VELOCIDAD MEDIA. CON EL OBJETO DE RETARDAR LA EROSION DEL ORIFICIO, SE COLOCA EL SUBSTRATO EN UNA CAMARA DE REACCION DE DEPOSICION DE VAPOR QUIMICO (DVQ). SE HACE PASAR UN GAS DE LA REACCION EN UNA CAMARA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE GAS POR DEBAJO DE SU TEMPERATURA DE REACCION Y SE DIRIGE A TRAVES DEL ORIFICIO EN EL SUBSTRATO. LA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION DEL GAS ES UNA TEMPERATURA EN Y POR ENCIMA CUYO GAS DE REACCION DEPOSITA COMO UN REVESTIMIENTO, Y EL GAS DE REACCION ES DE UNA COMPOSICION EN LA QUE LA RESISTENCIA MEJORADA A LA EROSION POR PARTE DEL FLUJO DE PARTICULAS EN LA LECHADA COMBUSTIBLE ES IMPARTIDA POR LA CAPA DEPOSITADA.
