PREFERABLY, THE UPPER THREADS DEFINE FLOATING THREADS ON THE UPPER SURFACE OF THE MATERIAL AND EACH UPPER MD THREAD CORRESPONDS TO A VERTICALLY OVERLAY ORIENTATION WITH A LOWER MD THREAD. AT LEAST THE SUPERIOR MD THREADS ARE PLAIN WOVEN MONOFILAMENT THREADS CONTAINED TO EACH OTHER TO REDUCE THE PERMEABILITY OF THE MATERIAL AND TO INTERLACE IN THE MACHINE DIRECTION ALIGNMENT OF THE OVERLAYED PAIRS OF MD THREAD. THE OVERLAPPED CONTIGUOUS MESH MACHINE STEERING SYSTEM OFFERS STABILITY AND ALLOWS THE MD WIRE TO HAVE A RELATION BETWEEN RELATIVELY HIGH, WIDTH TO CROSS-CUTTING HEIGHT, GREATER THAN 3: 1. A SEAM IS PROVIDED FOR THE MATERIAL COMPOSED OF SELECTED MD THREAD MESH TO MAKE THE MATERIAL CONTINUOUS DURING USE IN PAPER MAKING.
