Abstract

The present invention relates to an outlet device for washbasins or similar, having a valve upper part (5), which is to be mounted above the washbasin and is closable by means of a valve stopper (7), and a substantially pot-shaped valve lower part (1), which is assigned to the valve upper part (5) and is to be mounted on the underside of the washbasin and which has a laterally branching connection piece in which is mounted the ball of an eccentric rod (9), upon whose actuation the valve stopper (7) can lift. According to the invention, the outlet device is characterised in that the cylindrical pipe socket (13) of the valve lower part (1) receives a cylindrical part (17a) of a plastic insert (17) and the cylindrical pipe socket (13) has, on one side in the pipe wall, a downwardly open aperture (21), through which a bearing bush (3), moulded laterally on the plastic insert (17), for supporting the ball (10) of the eccentric rod (9), extends radially outwards. Since the surface working of the laterally moulded-on bearing bush (3) can be dispensed with, the manufacture of the pot-shaped valve lower part (1) is considerably more efficient. <IMAGE>
