LOS NODOS REALIZAN EL TRATAMIENTO, CONMUTACION Y ENCAMINAMIENTO DE LAS LLAMADAS POR UNA MULTIPLICIDAD DE VIAS Y CAMINOS ALTERNATIVOS, DISTRIBUYENDO, LOS NODOS DE TRANSITO, LAS LLAMADAS OFRECIDAS A UNA MACRORRUTA ENTRE LAS DISTINTAS RUTAS DE DESBORDAMIENTO EN LA RED, EN CASO DE QUE FUERA NECESARIO POR CONGESTION EN LA MACRORRUTA DIRECTA, UTILIZANDO ESTAS RUTAS ALTERNATIVAS DE FORMA CICLICA, SIENDO EL NODO DE TRANSITO ORIGEN DE LA LLAMADA QUIEN GOBIERNA ESTA ELECCION. THE SYSTEM IS ESTABLISHED THROUGH LOCAL NODES, TRANSIT NODES AND NODAL AREAS, INTERCOMMUNICATED BETWEEN THEMSELVES BY MACROUTES, CONFORMING IN THIS WAY THE NETWORK. THE NODES PERFORM THE TREATMENT, SWITCHING AND ROUTING OF THE CALLS BY A MULTIPLICITY OF ALTERNATIVE ROADS AND ROADS, DISTRIBUTING THE TRANSIT NODES, THE CALLS OFFERED BY A DIFFERENT ROUTE OF RUNBACK, BY CONGESTION IN THE DIRECT MACROUTE, USING THESE ALTERNATIVE ROUTES IN A CYCLICAL FORM, THE TRANSIT NODE BEING THE ORIGIN OF THE CALL WHO GOVERNS THIS ELECTION.
