Abstract
Procedure for preparing a stable oral pharmaceutical composition.The procedure consists in suspending lansoprazole (formula I) in an aqueous solution of disodium phosphate and sodium laurylsulphate, mixing this with the rest of the excipients, granulating and spheroidising, covering the granulates with a soluble isolating coating and, lastly, covering with an enteric coating.Said composition is useful in treating gastrointestinal diseases.< IMAGE >Lansoprazol of formula (I) is suspended in an aq. soln. of disodium phosphate and sodium lauryl sulphate, mixed with the excipient and granulated. The granules are covered with a soluble insulating layer and finally with an enteric layer which is eliminated in the intestines.
