Claims

1. - Packaging configured from a flat sheet (8) where the packaging (1) comprises a lower base (2.1), an upper base (2.2), first side walls (3.1) and second side walls (3.2) where the side walls (3.1, 3.2) are opposite each other two by two, such that, between the bases (2.1, 2.2) and the side walls (3.1, 3.2) a storage receptacle is generated, and the packaging (1) is characterized in that: - it comprises at least one opening (4) and at least one lid (5) with the possibility of tilting movement between a closed position and an open position in which it blocks or allows access, through the opening (4), to the storage receptacle, where the lid (5) is arranged on one of the first side walls (3.1); and

- comprises a safety system, with first safety elements (14) arranged in the cover (5) and capable of moving between a rest position and a release position and second safety elements (15, 16) arranged in the second side walls (3.2), the first safety means (14) and the second safety means (15, 16) being configured to interact with each other to block or allow the movement of the cover (5).

2. - Packaging according to claim 1 comprising at least one opening assistance element selected from a finger grip (6) or a pull tab (7).

3. - Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the packaging (1) comprises a groove (6), on the perimeter of the opening (4), arranged in a second side wall (3.2) adjacent to the first side wall (3.1) in which the opening (4) is located.

4. - Packaging according to claim 3, in which the packaging comprises two lugs (6), on the perimeter of the opening (4), each of them arranged in a second side wall (3.2), adjacent to the first side wall (3.1) in which the opening (4) is located.

5. - Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the packaging comprises a pull tab (7) on the lid (5).

6. - Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the sheet (8) is made of cardboard.

7. - Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the lid (5) comprises a front section (9) and side sections (10) extending from ends of the front section (9) and said side sections (10) comprise the first security elements (14).

8. - Packaging according to claim 7, wherein the second side walls (3.2) each comprise an outer layer (11), an intermediate layer (12) and an inner layer (13); the opening (4) is arranged in the first side wall (3.1) located between them; and the front section (9) of the lid (5) faces the opening (4) and the side sections (10) of the lid (5) are received and moved between the intermediate layer (12) and the inner layer (13) of the second side walls (3.2).

9. - Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second side walls (3.2), opposite each other, comprising the second security elements, comprise at least one outer layer (11) and an intermediate layer (12); and in the outer layer (11) they comprise first security holes (15) and in the intermediate layer (12) they comprise second security holes (16) in a position coinciding, at least partially, with the first security holes (15) and of a larger size.

10. - Packaging according to claim 9, when the lid (5) is in the closed position, the first security elements (14) face the first and second security holes (15, 16) such that a user can access the first security elements (14) through said security holes (15, 16).

11. - Packaging according to claim 10, in the closed position of the lid (5) and the rest position of the first safety elements (14), the first safety elements (14) are housed in the first safety hole (15) and retained between the first safety hole (15) and the second safety hole (16) and, when activated, the first safety elements (14) move to the release position in which they come out of the first safety hole (15) allowing the lid (5) to move to the open position.

12.- Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims in which the first security elements (14) are flaps.
