Abstract

1. Palletized container, intended for the transport and storage of elongated and heavy pieces, characterized in that it is constituted from a cardboard base as a box open superiorly and fixed inferiorly to a pallet, with the particularity that on said base they are transversely mounted a plurality of cardboard conditioners by way of crossbars, individually and laterally fixed to respective wooden slats, such conditioners presenting a series of recesses or support and support beds for elongated parts to be stabilized, complementing with other intermediate conditioners of cardboard, separated from each other in height and provided with recesses or beds both on its upper and lower edge, between which the elongated pieces to be contained are arranged at different height, with the inclusion for each row of separators or conditioners of a conditioner being provided cardboard top identical to the bottom per or arranged in an inverted position; complementing the set with a cardboard envelope preferably formed by four cardboard sheets related to each other to form a tubular structure attachable by plug on the internal part of the box that participates in the base, which is topped with a top closure lid.

DESCRIPTION

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a palletized container intended for the transport and storage of elongated and heavy parts, preferably and essentially cardan shafts for heavy vehicles, or for other types of heavy parts.

The object of the invention is to provide the market and manufacturers of certain heavy parts that are to be transported and stored, a container of light weight and resistant to the load or loads to be supported.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the transport and storage of certain types of heavy parts, such as cardan truck axles, these pieces are loaded on pallets at different levels using conditioners or separators thereof, these being normally made of wood with conformations or recesses for support of the different pieces, and then the whole set is fastened with transparent films and strapping, which makes it impossible to stack pallets for storage.

Obviously, the wood material in front of the cardboard results on a heavy and on the other hand expensive part, with which each container acquires an excessive cost to which its high weight must be added.

The palletized container that is recommended is characterized in that both the container itself and the separators or conditioning elements of the heavy pieces to be transported or stored are made of cardboard, which obviously lightens the weight

of the set and at the same time reduces the cost of each container with its separators or conditioners.

More specifically, the container is constituted from a base cardboard sheet as a tray that is fixed inferiorly to a pallet, while internally it incorporates a plurality of cardboard crossbars fixed to as many wooden slats that in turn are fixed to that base of the container, in such a way that the cardboard crossbars are affected by recesses or beds for support and stable seating of the different elongated pieces to be housed inside the container, such that their union to the lower wooden slats endow them with great resistance, since they have to bear the full weight of the different rows that are to be arranged in heavy pieces, so that each row of heavy pieces is arranged between separators or intermediate conditioners, also obtained in cardboard and equipped with the corresponding beds or recesses, lower and upper, for the support and stabilization of the elongated pieces, complementing each other Ormente with a conditioner equal to the lower one but in an inverted position and the whole set completed with a cardboard envelope formed by four sheets that are joined together through slats in correspondence with the edges, inside them, being therefor said edges affected by openings and cuts to form internal dihedrals in which the vertical slats are fastened and at the same time assemble together the four cardboard sheets that will form the envelope, finally complementing it with a top closure lid and a strap to ensure the closure and allow the manipulation, transport and storage of each container with its different heavy and elongated pieces stabilized inside.

Obviously, the weight of the container is reduced compared to those that use pieces of wood as separators, in addition to offering great resistance as a result of which said separators are formed by successive folded, in each case, of a cardboard sheet with die cuttings for form the support and conditioning beds of the corresponding pieces.

The successive folds of each sheet to be formed by the separator determine multiple layers in each of them that offer sufficient strength to support the weight of the loads to be housed inside the container.

To complement the description that will then be carried out and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, in accordance with a preferred example of practical realization thereof, a set of drawings is accompanied as an integral part of said description. where, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following has been represented:

Figure 1 shows a top view of the base that is part of the container of the invention, fixed inferiorly to a wooden pallet, including at the bottom of said base a plurality of cardboard crossbars each formed by folding successive of a cardboard sheet, each crossbar being fixed laterally to a wooden strip conveniently fixed to the bottom of said base of the container.

In view of the figures summarized, it can be seen how the container of the invention is constituted from a perimeter envelope (1) that is implanted on a pallet (2) at the bottom of which a plurality of affected cardboard crossings (3) are implanted of recesses or beds (4) whose function will be exposed later, each cardboard crossbar (3) being fixed laterally to a wooden slat (5) conveniently fixed in turn on the bottom of the base of the container, establishing a means of stiffening and support for the lower row of elongated and heavy pieces (6) to be transported / stored, such that the lower row of said pieces (6) is supported on the beds (4) of the lower cardboard crossings (3) , while the intermediate rows of these pieces (6) are supported by recesses (7) of intermediate separators (8), as shown in Figure 2, so that once the elongated and heavy pieces are placed on the container between the crossbars or separators (3) and (8) are superiorly placed crossbars (3) in an inverted situation to how they are arranged inferiorly, all this in order that on the recesses or beds (4) of said crossbar (3) it adapts superior to the elongated and heavy parts (6).

Obviously, although throughout the present description allusion has been made to elongated and heavy pieces, the use of the container assembly for other heavy pieces of shorter length and which could be arranged forming two or more rows in plan is not ruled out.

The crossbars (3) and separators (8) are obtained in cardboard, while their recesses (4) - (7) may vary their configuration depending on the geometry of the pieces to be supported.

Figure 5 shows the part (9) corresponding to a cardboard sheet with a plurality of fold lines (10) and punched (11) to form a conditioner or separator based on multiple layers of superimposed cardboard, with the beds (4) determined by the groupings of the die-cut themselves (11), including in an extreme sector the windows (12) to expose the beds (4) after the successive folding of the different sectors that form the fold lines ( 10) the cardboard sheet (9).

In the same way, in figure 6 a cardboard sheet (13) is shown from which the intermediate separators or conditioners (8) are obtained, this sheet (13) being also provided with fold lines (15) for successively fold the different sectors determined by the fold lines (15) and form a multi-layer separator, such as 5 in the previous case, where the grouping of die cuts (14) will form the support and conditioning beds (7) of the elongated pieces (6), showing the beds (7) through the windows (16) provided in the end sector of the sheet itself (13).

When the container contains the different pieces (6) arranged between the spacers or 10 conditioners (3) and (8), the coupling is carried out on the envelope (1) a second envelope formed by four sheets of cardboard (16) that in correspondence with their edges they present openings and cuts (17) determining by deformation of these and pressing inward, dihedral conformations (18) for passage of vertical wooden slats (19) that establish the assembly of the container, as it is represented in the figures 3 and 4, so that said envelope determines an upper and lowerly open tubular open body at the base of the container, the assembly being closed with a lid, and the definitive closure being carried out by means of a strap or the like, being ready the container with its heavy parts duly stabilized and protected between the different separators or conditioners, suitable for transport and / or storage.

5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 1a.- Palletized container, intended for the transport and storage of elongated and heavy pieces, characterized in that it is constituted from a cardboard base as a box opened superiorly and fixed inferiorly to a pallet, with the particularity that on said base a plurality of cardboard conditioners are mounted transversely by way of crossbars, individually and laterally fixed to respective wooden slats, such conditioners presenting a series of recesses or support and support beds for elongated parts to be stabilized, complementing with other conditioners cardboard intermediate, separated from one another in height and provided with recesses or beds both on its upper and lower edge, between which the elongated pieces to be contained are arranged at different height, the inclusion of each separator or conditioner row having been provided for upper cardboard conditioner identical to the lower one but dispose sto in inverted position; complementing the set with a cardboard envelope preferably formed by four cardboard sheets related to each other to form a tubular structure pluggable by plug on the inner part of the box that participates in the base, which is topped with a top closure lid. 2a.- Palletized container, according to claim 1a, characterized in that each conditioner is constituted by the successive folding of a cardboard sheet from a plurality of transverse folding lines, determinants of sectors with punches and openings that define in their folding the beds or recesses of support and support of the elongated pieces, presenting the conditioner a multilayer structure of high resistance. 3a.- Palletized container, according to claim 1a, characterized in that the cardboard sheets that form the envelope are affected, in correspondence with the edges, of openings and cuts between which interior dihedral conformations are determined for passing wooden slats or rigid material similar, in function of elements of union and fixation among themselves of the different sheets that constitute the envelope itself.
