Definitions
- WO 2019/160424 A1 discloses a handheld lifting tool with a rail and a frame, the frame being movable relative to the rail.
- a pumping mechanism is provided for this mobility.
- Two outer legs are attached to the frame or rail.
- a middle leg is attached to either the frame or the rail and is positioned between the outer legs.
- a foot is connected to each of the Legs joined at a right angle with feet pointing in the same direction.
- WO 2020/209731 Al discloses a lowering mechanism for a handheld lifting tool.
- GB 501 554 discloses a car jack. Car jacks are also disclosed in US 2 820 608, DE 2 002 264 and GB 732 528.
- a workpiece or a load which rests on the at least one contact element can be lifted, in particular by one-hand operation, while increasing the distance of the at least one contact element from the base device. This is done via the first movement mechanism.
- the second movement mechanism allows a step-by-step (“slow") lowering of the support device with the at least one support element towards the base device by actuating the lowering lever.
- the third movement mechanism with the release lever allows the attachment device to be moved freely on the slide rail when it is activated.
- the lowering lever and/or the release lever are positioned between the actuating lever and the counter element. As a result, they are covered to a certain extent at the top and bottom.
- the levers mentioned (individually or together) are covered by the counter element at the bottom towards the base device and at the top by the actuating lever.
- manual operation in which an operator grasps the counter element and the actuating lever with one hand. Due to the protected arrangement of the lowering lever and/or the release lever between the actuating lever and the counter element, it is also possible to operate the actuating lever with a foot, for example, since unintentional actuation of the lowering lever or the release lever is effectively prevented.
- the second actuating surface in relation to a direction perpendicular to the slide rail, is closer to the slide rail than the first actuating surface; the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface are arranged one behind the other in relation to a direction perpendicular to the slide rail; the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface are aligned on a line which is oriented transversely to the slide rail and which intersects the contact device and in particular the slide rail; the first actuating surface and/or the second actuating surface are arranged and designed such that they can be actuated by means of a gripping hand of an operator and in particular with a thumb of the gripping hand; the second actuating surface is positioned between the slide rail and the first actuating surface in relation to a direction perpendicular to the slide rail.
- the second actuating surface is closer to the slide rail than the first actuating surface, it is generally more difficult for an operator to reach. This makes it more difficult to accidentally trigger the release lever.
- the sequential arrangement of the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface in a direction perpendicular to the slide rail results in a type of "optical hierarchy". This reduces the risk of an operator confusing the release lever and the lowering lever. This can also be supported, for example, by using different colors or the like for the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface.
- the ability to operate the device with a thumb of a gripping hand means that in addition to one-handed operation of the first movement mechanism, one-handed operation of the second movement mechanism and, if applicable, also of the third movement mechanism is also possible.
- the release lever is passed through the lowering lever or, alternatively, the lowering lever is passed through the release lever.
- the contact device has a first side and an opposite second side, wherein the slide rail is positioned between the first side and the second side, and wherein the actuating lever and/or the counter element protrude from the first side of the contact device, and the at least one contact element protrudes from the second side of the contact device; the actuating lever and the counter element protrude away from the slide rail on the same side of the slide rail; the release lever protrudes away from the slide rail on the same side of the slide rail as the actuating lever and/or the counter element; the lowering lever protrudes away from the slide rail on the same side of the slide rail as the actuating lever and/or the counter element; the counter element and/or the actuating lever, the release lever and the lowering lever lie on a central plane of the slide rail.
- the lifting clamp can be assigned a workpiece side and an operating side, whereby all the elements required by an operator (operating lever, release lever, lowering lever) for operator access are arranged on the same operator side, and the operator side faces away from the workpiece side.
- the counter element and/or the operating lever, the release lever and the lowering lever are located on a central plane of the slide rail, the construction is simpler.
- the release lever and the operating lever can be positioned one behind the other in alignment.
- the counter element has a shell with an interior, wherein the lowering lever and/or the release lever are at least partially positioned in the interior, and in particular an inner side of the shell forms a stop for the release lever and/or the lowering lever.
- a stop for the lowering lever on the inner side of the shell results in easy operation for step-by-step lowering with a simple structural design.
- the counter element is positioned between the base device and the actuating lever in relation to the displacement axis. This results in a simple structural design.
- an operator can use his body weight, since the actuating lever is above the counter element in relation to the direction of gravity when the lifting clamp is in an upright position and actuation involves pressing downwards. It is then also possible to operate the actuating lever with the foot, for example.
- a locking device which is arranged on the support device and which, when the support device is in a locking position during a lifting function, blocks the movement of the support device towards the base device. This results in an effective lifting function; when the first movement mechanism is actuated, the locking device prevents a counter-movement and this results in a pure lifting function.
- the locking device comprises at least one locking element which is movably arranged on the installation device and through which the slide rail is passed, with at least one of the following: the at least one locking element is plate-shaped and in particular made of a metal material; a locking element package with a plurality of locking elements is provided, with adjacent locking elements abutting one another; in a locking position, the at least one locking element is tilted to the slide rail and, in the case of a lifting function, blocks the mobility of the support device towards the base device, with the at least one locking element allowing the support device to be displaced away from the base device; the release lever acts on the at least one locking element, with the at least one locking element being able to be brought into a neutral position by actuating the release lever, in which the locking effect is canceled; the release lever is directly connected to the at least one locking element; a spring device is provided which is supported on the at least one locking element and holds the at least one locking element in the locking position without any force acting on the release lever; the at least one locking
- the third movement mechanism with the release lever can be designed in a simple manner. This results in a locking effect for relatively heavy loads.
- the at least one locking element is positioned in a housing of the system device, and in particular is positioned in such a way that the system device can be removed from the slide rail with decoupling of the at least one locking element from the slide rail and the system device can be pushed onto the slide rail with coupling of the at least one locking element to the slide rail.
- This makes it possible to replace the system device.
- the distance between the at least one support element and the base device is reduced. This allows one or more workpieces to be clamped between the base device and the at least one support element.
- the lifting clamp can thus be converted into a clamping clamp.
- the thrust device has at least one thrust element through which the slide rail is passed and on which the actuating lever acts, in particular with at least one of the following: the at least one thrust element is designed as a plate and in particular made of a metal material; a thrust element package with a plurality of thrust elements is provided, with adjacent thrust elements abutting one another; the actuating lever acts on the at least one thrust element in such a way that when the actuating lever is actuated, the at least one thrust element is tilted with the slide rail and is displaced against the contact device, thus causing the contact device with the at least one contact element to be displaced towards the slide rail; the at least one thrust element is arranged pivotably and displaceably on the contact device; the at least one thrust element is pivotably relative to the slide rail; the at least one thrust element is supported on the contact device by a spring device, with a spring force of the Spring device must be overcome and releasing the operating lever causes a return of the at least one thrust element and in particular also the operating
- the at least one thrust element is positioned in a housing of the system device and in particular is positioned in such a way that the system device can be removed from the slide rail with the at least one thrust element being uncoupled from the slide rail and the system device can be placed on the slide rail with the at least one thrust element being coupled to the slide rail.
- this allows the lifting clamp to be converted from a lifting function to a clamping function.
- the second movement mechanism comprises at least one intermediate element which is positioned on the support device and on which the lowering lever acts. This makes it possible to achieve a second movement mechanism with a gradual lowering of the at least one support element to the base device, which is designed in a structurally simple manner.
- the second movement mechanism can be implemented as a mechanism for "slow" lowering (in contrast to the third movement mechanism, in which, if lowering occurs, a rapid lowering is possible).
- the at least one intermediate element is positioned with respect to the displacement axis between the pushing device, on which the actuating lever acts, and a locking device, on which the release lever acts. This makes it possible, for example, to act on both the at least one intermediate element and the locking device via the lowering lever. This results in a structurally simple design.
- the at least one intermediate element is positioned in a housing of the system device, and in particular positioned so that the system device can be removed from the slide rail with decoupling of the at least one intermediate element from the slide rail and the system device can be placed on the slide rail with coupling of the at least one intermediate element to the slide rail.
- This allows, for example, the lifting clamp to be converted from a lifting function to a clamping function.
- the at least one intermediate element is provided with a recess through which the slide rail is guided. This makes it easy to tilt the at least one intermediate element with the slide rail by using the lowering lever. This in turn makes it easy to implement a step-by-step or slow lowering function. It is advantageous if the at least one intermediate element is positioned so that it can pivot and move on the support device and in particular can pivot relative to the slide rail. The action of the lowering lever can then cause pivoting and displacement. The pivoting leads to a jamming with the slide rail and the displacement ensures a relative movement between the support device and the slide rail. This in turn allows the support device with the at least one support element to be lowered slowly or gradually to the base device.
- the at least one intermediate element is designed as a plate and in particular made of a metallic material; the at least one intermediate element has a neutral position without actuation of the lowering lever, in which the slide rail is movable towards the at least one intermediate element; the at least one intermediate element is tilted with the slide rail by actuation of the lowering lever, wherein the actuation takes place in particular towards the counter element, and is displaced relative to the support device, wherein the support device is displaced in the direction of the base device in relation to a lifting function of the lifting clamp; a displacement of the support device towards the base device only takes place during a movement of the lowering lever.
- the second movement mechanism allows the second movement mechanism to be designed in a structurally simple manner and, in particular, to be integrated into a housing in a protected manner.
- the intermediate element does not restrict the advance of the first movement mechanism and does not hinder the free movement of the support device on the slide rail when the release lever is actuated.
- a step-by-step, metered lowering of the attachment device towards the stand device can be achieved.
- the lowering lever when the lowering lever acts on the at least one intermediate element, the lowering lever simultaneously acts on a locking device and the support device on the slide rail can be moved towards the base device.
- This action of the lowering lever simultaneously drives the movement of the slide rail relative to the support device and cancels the locking effect of the locking device in order to then finally enable the relative movement between the support device and the slide rail.
- the lowering lever can be supported on the locking device and this results in a structurally simple design of the second movement mechanism.
- the lowering lever acts on at least one locking element of the locking device in such a way that it is not pressed against a stop (even when the lowering lever is at maximum deflection), but remains at a distance from the stop.
- the stop is provided when the release lever is actuated.
- the release lever can then press the at least one locking element against the corresponding stop in order to enable the system device to move freely on the slide rail.
- a step-by-step lowering via the second movement mechanism can be achieved in a structurally simple manner. This in turn allows effective This prevents the system from "slipping" on the slide rail when the second movement mechanism is activated.
- a spring device which is supported on the at least one intermediate element, wherein the spring device holds the at least one intermediate element in a neutral position when the lowering lever is not actuated, and when the lowering lever is moved, a spring force of the spring device must be overcome, and wherein after force is exerted by the lowering lever, the spring force of the spring device returns the at least one intermediate element to the neutral position.
- the intermediate element In the neutral position, the intermediate element does not hinder the movement of the contact device relative to the slide rail.
- the intermediate element does not hinder the function of the first movement mechanism and the third movement mechanism.
- a relative amount of force is necessary to trigger the second movement mechanism. This facilitates controlled lowering.
- a common spring device is provided for the pushing device and the at least one intermediate element, which is supported in particular on the pushing device and on the at least one intermediate element.
- the structural solution with the at least one intermediate element allows a common spring device to be used, which basically holds one or more pushing elements of the pushing device in the neutral position without actuating the actuating lever, and holds the at least one intermediate element in the neutral position without actuating the lowering lever.
- the lowering lever has a first effective area with which it acts on at least one intermediate element of the second movement mechanism, and a second effective area with which it acts on a locking device.
- the locking effect of the locking device can be simultaneously cancel the tension (at least cancel it in a measured manner) and act on the intermediate element in order to achieve a gradual lowering.
- this enables a corresponding area of the lowering lever (via the second effective area) to be supported on the locking device in order to bring about in particular a pivoting of the at least one intermediate element and a displacement of the at least one intermediate element.
- the pivoting of the intermediate element leads to a jamming with the slide rail and the displacement of the at least one intermediate element leads to a relative displacement of the contact device with the slide rail and thus in turn brings about a gradual lowering.
- the first effective area and the second effective area are located on opposite sides of the lowering lever, wherein in particular the first effective area and the second effective area are facing away from the displacement axis; the first effective area points in the direction of the pushing device in relation to the displacement axis; the second effective area points in the direction of a locking device in relation to the displacement axis; the first effective area and the second effective area are positioned in a housing of the contact device; the first effective area and the second effective area are located in different areas of the contact device, wherein the different areas are separated by a central axis of the slide rail; the first effective area is located in a first area of the contact device on which the at least one contact element is located; the second effective area is located in a second area of the system device, in which the actuating device and/or the counter element are located.
- the second movement mechanism for the controlled, step-by-step lowering of the system device towards the base device can be achieved in a structurally simple manner.
- the lowering lever is mounted on the system device in a pivoting or pivotally movable manner. It can thus cause a pivoting and displacement of an intermediate element (when the lowering lever is operated).
- the pivoting of the intermediate element leads to a jamming with the slide rail and the displacement of the intermediate element leads to a relative displacement of the slide rails to the system device. This relative displacement is in turn metered or gradual.
- At least one sliding element or roller element is arranged on the lowering lever for (in particular additional) sliding guidance of the lowering lever on the system device and/or the slide rail. This results in a defined step-by-step lowering.
- the counter element has or forms a limit stop for the lowering lever. This defines a maximum swivel angle of the lowering lever. This in turn defines the corresponding effect of the lowering lever on a locking device and also on an intermediate element for the controlled, step-by-step displacement of the system device towards the slide rail in order to implement a "slow" lowering mechanism.
- the system comprises a housing through which the slide rail is guided. This allows Effectively protect the components of the lifting clamp. These can be stored securely. For example, this makes it easy to convert the lifting clamp from a lifting function to a clamping function.
- the at least one contact element comprises an angle element which is fixed to the contact device and in particular to a housing of the contact device. This makes it easy to create a contact element.
- the at least one contact element can be arranged on a housing in a space-saving manner without affecting the functionality.
- the angle element has a first region which is oriented perpendicular to the slide rail, and has a second region which is connected to the first region and in particular is connected in one piece and is arranged at an obtuse angle to the first region, wherein in particular the second region is connected to the
- the first area is essentially used to attach a load or a workpiece and the second area is the mounting area of the angle element on the system.
- the base device has a dome area to which the slide rail is fixed. This makes it easy to connect a base device to a slide rail.

- the web 122 of the release lever 120 is positioned in the second half-space 36.
- the release lever 120 can be pressed by an operator in the pivoting direction 126.
- the release lever 120 thereby acts on the locking element package 106 via the web 122.
- the locking element package can be pivoted against the stop 116 and pressed against the stop 116. As described, this cancels the locking effect of the locking device 102. This is described in more detail below.
- the stop 116 defines the maximum deflection of the release lever 120.
- the lifting clamp 10 has a first movement mechanism 128, by means of which the support device 52 on the slide rail 12 can be moved upwards away from the base device 24 when the actuating lever 84 is pivoted in the pivoting direction 96.
- the first movement mechanism 128 is a "pumping mechanism”, as explained below.
- the first movement mechanism 128 comprises a thrust device 130 (see Figure 6) with a plurality of thrust elements.
- the thrust elements 132 are designed as small plates and in particular made of a metal material ("thrust plates"). They have a continuous recess (see Figure 9) through which the slide rail 12 is inserted.
- the thrust elements 132 are arranged as a thrust element package 134 in the housing 54. Adjacent thrust elements 132 in the thrust element package 134 lie against one another.
- the thrust element package 134 is arranged in the housing 54 in the region of the second recess 60.
- the thrust elements 132 of the thrust element package 134 are positioned such that the slide rail 12 is is relatively movable.
- the support device 52 can move freely along the slide rail 12 without being hindered by the thrust element package 134.
- the thrust element package 134 has a bottom side 136 and a top side 138 facing away from the bottom side.
- the bottom side 136 faces the locking device 102.
- the top side 138 faces the second recess 60.
- the actuating lever 84 has an effective area 140 with which the actuating lever 84 can act on the upper side 138 of the thrust element package 134.
- the effective area 140 is spaced from the pivot bearing 86 and is located in particular in the second half-space 36. It is located within the housing 54.
- the thrust element package 134 is pivotably and slidably positioned in the housing 54.
- the effective area 140 is designed such that when the actuating lever 84 is pivoted in the pivoting direction 96, the thrust element package 134 is initially pivoted out of a neutral position by the action of the actuating lever 84 and thereby becomes jammed with the slide rail 12. Furthermore, the thrust element package 134 is displaced within the housing 54. As a result of the jamming of the thrust elements 132 with the slide rail 12, the support device 52 is moved and thereby away from the base device 24.
- a corresponding pivoting direction of the thrust element package 134 is in this case opposite to the angle 114 of the locking device 102, based on the sign of the angle. This allows the bearing device 52 to be moved upwards away from the base device 24 without a locking by the locking device 102 for the displaceability in this direction. The locking device 102, however, blocks the displaceability downwards towards the base device 24.
- the thrust element package 134 is supported by a spring device 142.
- the spring device is supported on an intermediate element 144, which is described in more detail below.
- the spring device 142 comprises two springs.
- a support element 146 is arranged on the underside 136 of the thrust element package 134, which has receiving mandrels for the springs of the spring device 142.
- a support element 148 is also located on the intermediate element, which accommodates corresponding spring pins.
- the spring device 142 comprises a single spring through which the slide rail 12 is immersed.
- the support elements 146, 148 are not necessary.
- the spring device 142 exerts such a force on the thrust element package 134 that the thrust elements 132 are held in the neutral position without actuating the actuating lever 84.
- the actuating lever 84 is actuated by pivoting in the pivoting direction 96, the springs of the spring device 142 are compressed.
- the thrust elements 132 are tilted with the slide rail 12 and the thrust elements 132 are displaced towards the housing 54.
- the spring device 142 causes a reset.
- the actuating lever 84 returns to its neutral position ( Figures 4 to 6) and the thrust element package 134 returns to its neutral position.
- the actuating lever 84 is assigned a stop on the housing 54 so that it can only be pivoted up to a certain pivot angle. Further pivoting to the counter element 94 is no longer possible when the stop is reached. This results in the contact device 52 being able to be moved step by step on the slide rail 12.
- the actuating lever 84 is pivoted up to the stop. This causes the thrust element package 134 to tilt and the distance between the contact element 64 and the base device 24 to increase.
- the intermediate element 144 is designed as a plate and in particular made of a metallic material ("sheet metal plate”). It has a continuous recess through which the slide rail 12 is passed.
- the lifting clamp 10 comprises a second movement mechanism 150 (see Figure 6).
- the second movement mechanism 150 serves to gradually lower the support device 52 (in the lifting function of the lifting clamp 10) to the base device 24.
- the second movement mechanism 150 comprises a lowering lever 152.
- the lowering lever 152 is mounted on the housing 54 so that it can rotate and slide via a rotary-sliding bearing 154.
- the rotary-sliding bearing 154 (see also Figure 8) has a pivot axis 156 which is parallel to the pivot axis 88 of the actuating lever 84.
- the pivot axis 156 is perpendicular to the broad sides 20, 22 of the slide rail 12 and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12.
- the pivot axis 156 is parallel to the webs 28, 30 or the first area 76 of the contact element 64.
- a displacement direction of the rotary-sliding bearing 154 for a displaceability of the lowering lever 152 in the housing 54 is parallel to the displacement axis 62 or has at least one component parallel to the displacement axis 62.
- the rotary-sliding bearing 154 is formed by a slot 158 positioned in the housing 54 and by a pin 160 seated on the lowering lever 152 (see Figure 8).
- the rotary-sliding bearing 154 is positioned facing the first narrow side 16 of the slide rail 12 in the housing 54. It is located in the first half-space 34.
- the operating side of the actuating lever 84 and the counter element 94 faces the second narrow side 18 of the slide rail 12 and faces away from the first narrow side 16.
- the rotary-sliding bearing 154 and thus the elongated hole 158 faces away from the second narrow side 18 of the slide rail 12 and faces the first narrow side 16.
- (at least) one roller 162 is arranged on the lowering lever 152 in the area of the rotary-sliding bearing 154.
- the roller 162 is in particular rotatable.
- the lowering element 152 can be guided in this area by means of it on a corresponding guide in the housing 54 or on the sliding rail 12, in order to improve the guide accuracy for the displacement guide or to reduce guide resistance.
- the lowering lever 152 comprises an area 164 which is positioned on the slide rail 12 and on which the pin 160 is also located.
- This area 164 is fork-shaped. It comprises a first web 166 and a second web 168 (see Figure 11), between which the slide rail 12 is positioned. The slide rail 12 is guided through the space between the first web 166 and the second web 168.
- the release lever 120 is passed through the region 164, that is, between the first web 166 and the second web 168.
- the region 164 with the first web 166 and the second web 168 extends from the first half-space 34 (from an area in front of the first narrow side 16 of the slide rail 12) over the slide rail 12 into the second half-space 36 towards the counter element 94.
- the release lever 120 is guided in the second half-space 36 through the region 164 of the lowering lever 152.
- a connecting element 170 is arranged on the first web 166 and the second web 168, which connects them to one another.
- An actuating element 172 with an actuating surface 174 is located on the connecting element 170.
- the actuating surface 174 is designed to be actuated by an operator, in particular by exerting pressure in the direction of the counter element 94.
- the lowering lever 152 is positioned between the counter element 94 and the actuating lever 84. Without its actuation, the connecting element 170 and also the actuating element 172 are at least partially positioned in the interior 100 of the shell 98 of the counter element 94.
- the release lever 120 also has an actuating element 176 with a second actuating surface 178.
- the second actuating surface 178 is designed such that an operator can exert pressure on it in order to press the actuating element 176 in the direction of the counter element 94 and in doing so to be able to release the locking of the locking device 102 by corresponding pivoting against the stop 116.
- the actuating element 176 with the second actuating surface 178 is positioned between the actuating lever 84 and the counter element 94 (relative to the displacement axis 62).
- the second actuating surface 178 is closer to the slide rail 12 than the first actuating surface 174 of the lowering lever 152.
- the arrangement of the second actuating surface 178 is basically such that it is more difficult for an operator to reach than the first actuating surface 174, at least when the operator is holding the counter element 94 with the middle hand.
- the second actuating surface 178 is closer to the housing 54 than the first actuating surface 174.
- the first actuating surface 174 and the second actuating surface 178 are aligned with respect to a line 182 which is oriented transversely to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12 (see Figure 6).
- this line 182 is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 14, at least when the lowering lever 152 and the release lever 120 are not actuated (see Figure 6).
- the lowering lever 152 and also the release lever 120 are arranged one behind the other in relation to the direction 180. This arrangement one behind the other is achieved in particular by the space between the first web 166 and the second web 168. The web 122 of the release lever 120 is penetrated through the area between the first web 166 and the second web 168 of the lowering lever 152.
- release lever 120 it is also possible for the release lever 120 to have corresponding spaced webs through which the lowering lever 152 is then inserted.
- the release lever 120 and the lowering lever 152 are designed such that they can generally be reached via a thumb and thumb pressure of an operator when the operator grasps the counter element 94 with the middle hand of the gripping hand.
- the release lever 120 is located closer to the counter element 94 than to the actuating lever 84 with respect to the displacement axis 62.
- the lowering lever 152 is located closer to the counter element 94 with respect to the displacement axis 62 than to the actuating lever 84.
- the lowering lever 152 has a first effective area 184.
- This first effective area 184 is located on the area 164 and acts on the intermediate element 144.
- the first effective area 184 which is particularly in the first half-space 34 acts on the intermediate element 144, a jamming of the intermediate element 144 with the slide rail 12.
- the lowering lever 152 has a second effective area 188 with which it acts on the locking element package 106.
- the first effective region 184 and the second effective region 188 face away from each other with respect to the displacement axis 62.
- the first effective region 184 points toward the thrust element package 134 and points toward the second recess 60.
- the second effective area 188 points towards the locking element package 106 and points in the direction of the first recess 58.
- the second effective area 188 points (in the lifting function) towards the base device 24.
- the lowering lever 152 is designed such that it is supported via its second effective region 188 on the locking element package 106 and thereby on the uppermost locking element 124.
- the effect of the second effective area 188 on the blocking element package 106 causes the latter to pivot in such a way that the displaceability of the contact device 52 is released; the blocking effect of the blocking device 102 is canceled.
- the effect of the lowering lever 152 with the second effective area 188 on the locking device 102 is such that even at maximum deflection of the lowering lever 152, the stop 116 is not reached.
- the stop 116 of the locking element package 106 can only be reached by corresponding actuation of the release lever 120.
- the intermediate element 144 is tilted with the slide rail 12 due to the support of the second effective area 188 on the locking element package 106.
- the locking element package 106 is partially pivoted (not up to the stop 116) and the lowering lever 152 pushes the intermediate element 144 away from the base device 24, i.e. upwards, with its area 164.
- the contact element 64 is lowered in relation to the base device 24, i.e. the distance D is reduced. This lowering only takes place during the pivoting actuation of the lowering lever 152.
- a stop 190 is arranged on the counter element 94 and in particular on an inner side of the shell 98, which defines a maximum pivoting angle of the lowering lever 152 about the pivot axis 156.
- the stop 190 then specifies the maximum pivoting angle of the locking element package 106. As mentioned above, this is such that the stop 116 is not reached.
- the spring device 142 also acts on the intermediate element 144.
- the spring device 142 is a common spring device for the thrust device 130 and the intermediate element 144.
- the spring force of the spring device 142 acts in such a way that it strives to keep the intermediate element 144 in its neutral position.
- the spring device 142 causes the intermediate element 144 to return to its starting position (the neutral position) without jamming with the slide rail 12.
- the lowering lever 152 then also returns to its starting position.
- an operator In order to achieve a greater distance for lowering by actuating the lowering lever 152, an operator must repeatedly operate the lowering lever 152 once (pivoting in the pivoting direction 186 and then, after reaching the stop 190, releasing it by the operator and returning to the starting position). If actuated several times, a lowering takes place (movement of the attachment device 152 towards the base device 24), which is essentially defined by the length of the elongated hole 158. If the lowering lever 152 is actuated several times, a gradual lowering takes place, driven by a type of pump mechanism and comparable to the actuation of the actuating lever 84 when lifting the attachment device 52 from the base device 24.
- Figures 7 to 12 show a neutral state of the lifting clamp 10. None of the levers, operating lever 84, lowering lever 152, release lever 120, is actuated.
- the locking device 102 is effective with respect to the locking effect for the mobility of the slide rail 12.
- the locking elements 104 of the locking element package 106 are tilted with the slide rail 12 and hold the support device 52 at the predetermined height above the base device 24. Mobility of the support device 52 towards the base device 24 is blocked.
- the thrust element package 134 and the intermediate element 144 are in a neutral state.
- the actuating lever 84 acts on the thrust element package 134 during pivoting and causes a jamming with the slide rail 12 ( Figures 13, 14). Furthermore, a displacement of the thrust element package 134 within the housing 54 of the system device 52 is caused.
- the intermediate element 144 remains in its neutral state.
- the locking element package 106 remains in its locking position.
- the actuation of the actuating lever 84 is such that a pivoting in the pivoting direction 96 is carried out up to a stop, the operator then releases the actuating lever 84 and, due to the effect of the spring force of the spring device 142, a reset of the actuating lever 84 is achieved.
- lever 84 into its neutral position. An operator can thus actuate the actuating lever 84 several times and a step-by-step stroke occurs with each actuation (indicated in Figure 13 with the reference number 197). This is a type of pump mechanism.
- the bearing device 52 is prevented from sliding downwards onto the base device 24 by the locking element package 106, which blocks the displacement in this direction (downwards) but allows the displacement upwards (with an increase in the distance D).
- the intermediate element 144 has no effect on this process.
- the lowering is indicated in Figure 15 by the "lowering arrow" 198.
- the thrust element package 134 remains in its neutral position.
- a controlled lowering of the contact element 64 towards the base device 24 can be achieved, even if a load (a workpiece) rests on an upper side of the contact element 64.
- the lifting clamp 10 has a third movement mechanism 202, which includes the release lever 120.
- the release lever 120 acts with the web 122 directly on the locking element package 106.
- the thrust element package 134 and the intermediate element 144 are in their neutral position.
- the support device 52 can then be freely displaced on the slide rail 12.
- the support device 52 can, as indicated in Figures 17, 18, be moved towards the base device 24. Due to the free mobility, however, the support device 52 can also be moved away from the base device 24 as long as the release lever 120 is pressed and in particular the locking element package 106 is pressed against the stop 116.
- the spring device 110 acts and brings the locking element package 106 back into its locking position, which blocks the displaceability of the contact device 52 on the slide rail 12.
- the movement of the attachment device 52 with the release lever 120 pressed is not a step-by-step movement.
- the effect of gravity can basically cause the contact device 52 to "swing downwards".
- the lowering lever 152 and the release lever 120 are located between the actuating lever 84 and the counter element 94. This effectively prevents an accidental triggering of the step-by-step lowering by means of the second movement mechanism 150 or a rapid lowering by means of the third movement mechanism 202 during a "normal lifting operation" with actuation of the actuating lever 84.
- the release lever 120 is difficult to reach due to its arrangement closer to the slide rail 12, so that accidental release is effectively prevented.
- An operator can actuate the lowering lever 152 and also the release lever 120, in particular with thumb pressure, in the direction towards the counter element 94 if this is desired.
- the first movement mechanism 128, the second movement mechanism 150 and the third movement mechanism 202 can be realized with plates which are basically simple in design and are in particular metal plates. With a structurally simple design, the lowering lever 152 causes a tilting and displacement over the first effective range 184 and a (dosed) release of the locking of the locking device 102 over the second effective range 188.
- the corresponding components of the first movement mechanism 128 and the second movement mechanism 150 are arranged in a protected manner in the housing 54.
- the locking element package 106 is also arranged in a protected manner in the housing 54.
- the components within the housing are arranged in a captive and functionally positioned manner in the housing 54. This makes it possible to remove the housing 54 (the support device 52) from the slide rail 12 (by actuating the release lever 120).
- the housing 54 can also be placed on the slide rail 12 upside down compared to the illustration in the figures. With this upside down placement, the housing 54 is placed on the slide rail 12 in such a way that the second recess 60 is closer to the base device 24 than the first recess 58.
- the pumping movement of the actuating lever 84 then allows the support element 64 to be moved step by step towards the base device 24. This reduces the distance D. This allows one or more workpieces to be clamped between the support element 64 and the base device 24.
- the locking device 102 acts in such a way that only a movement of the contact element 64 towards the base device 24 is possible.
- the lifting clamp 10 functions like a conventional clamp.
- a lifting clamp 10 is provided which enables optimized operation. This results in a simple structural design, whereby in particular functional components can be positioned in a protected manner in the housing 54.
- the release lever 120 and the lowering lever 152 are not equivalent for an operator and in particular an unintentional actuation of the release lever 120 can be effectively prevented.
- This can be further supported by the fact that the first actuating surface 174 and the second actuating surface 178 are designed differently and, for example, have a different color design.
- the lifting clamp 10 can be converted from a lifting function to a clamping function and vice versa.
- the lifting clamp 10 can be operated with one hand.
- the support element 64 can be lifted off the base device 24 via the first movement mechanism 128 with one gripping hand of an operator.
- the actuating lever 84 is located at the top during the lifting function (the counter element 94 is arranged between the actuating lever 84 and the base device 24), it is in principle also possible for an operator to operate the actuating lever 84 using his foot.
