Abstract

An electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) includes a bottle body (11), a first sealing rubber member (12), and a bracket (13). A first liquid chamber (16) with a first opening (110) on one side is formed in the bottle body. At least a portion of the first sealing rubber member is arranged at the first opening. A side wall of the first sealing rubber member is in interference fit with the bottle body. A first liquid outlet hole (121) communicated to the first liquid chamber is provided on the first sealing rubber member. The bracket is arranged in the bottle body. Second liquid outlet hole (131) communicated to the first liquid outlet hole is provided on the bracket. When the sealing rubber plug (14) is placed in the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole, the first liquid chamber is sealed.

Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • The application claims priority of Chinese patent application CN 202420277724.X, filed on February 04, 2024 , and CN 202421521281.0, filed on June 28, 2024 , which are incorporated herein by reference in its entireties.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electronic cigarettes, and in particular, to an electronic cigarette liquid bottle and a cartridge structure.
  • BACKGROUND
  • At present, according to an existing disposable electronic cigarette, a liquid chamber generally has a small volume and a fixed electronic cigarette liquid capacity, causing short usage time and the inability to add additional electronic cigarette liquid. This cannot meet the needs of users. Therefore, in the process of developing electronic cigarettes having electronic cigarette liquid bottles independently mounted outside, it is found that an electronic cigarette bottle that sleeves an atomizing core of an e-cigarette and is configured to supply electronic cigarette liquid into the atomizing core includes many components and has a complex structure, so that the production cost of the electronic cigarette liquid bottle increases, the production time of the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is prolonged, and it is not convenient for production and manufacturing.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present disclosure mainly aims to provide an electronic cigarette liquid bottle and a cartridge structure, which are used for solving the problem that the existing electronic cigarette liquid bottle that sleeves an atomizing core of an electronic cigarette and is configured to supply electronic cigarette liquid into the atomizing core has a complex structure.
  • In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme provided by the present disclosure is as follows.
  • An electronic cigarette liquid bottle, configured to be assembled on a cartridge assembly and configured to add electronic cigarette liquid to an atomizing core when assembled onto the cartridge assembly, wherein the electronic cigarette liquid bottle includes a bottle body, a first sealing rubber member, and a bracket;
    • a first liquid chamber with a first opening on one side is formed in the bottle body, and the first liquid chamber is configured to store electronic cigarette liquid;
    • at least a portion of the first sealing rubber member is arranged at the first opening; a side wall of the first sealing rubber member is in interference fit with the bottle body; a first liquid outlet hole communicated to the first liquid chamber is provided on the first sealing rubber member;
    • the bracket is arranged in the bottle body; second liquid outlet hole communicated to the first liquid outlet hole is provided on the bracket;
    • the first sealing rubber member is movably provided with a sealing rubber plug; the sealing rubber plug is placed in the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is not assembled on the cartridge assembly, to seal the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole; and the sealing rubber plug is separated from the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole under a pushing action of a pushing member of the cartridge assembly when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is assembled onto the cartridge assembly.
  • Further, a pulling portion is arranged on the sealing rubber plug; an outer contour of a cross section of the pulling portion is smaller than an outer contour of a cross section of the first liquid outlet hole and smaller than an outer contour of a cross section of the second liquid outlet hole; and the pulling portion is configured to place the sealing rubber plug in the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole under a pulling force.
  • Further, when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is not assembled on the electronic cigarette and the sealing rubber plug is not placed in the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole, the pulling portion passes through the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole from the inside of the first liquid chamber in sequence and is placed outside the first liquid chamber;
    a break gap is provided at a position, close to the sealing rubber plug, on the pulling portion; and when the sealing rubber plug is arranged in the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole, the pulling portion is pulled to be broken from the break gap.
  • Further, a width of the first liquid outlet hole is greater than a width of the second liquid outlet hole; the sealing rubber plug is located in the first liquid outlet hole; the outer contour of the cross section of the sealing rubber plug is smaller than the outer contour of the cross section of the first liquid outlet hole; a side wall of the sealing rubber plug is in interference fit with a side wall of the second liquid outlet hole; the sealing rubber plug is integrated with the first sealing rubber member in an injection molding manner;
    • a first limiting plate is arranged at a top or a position close to the top of the sealing rubber plug; an outer contour of a cross section of the first limiting plate is smaller than the outer contour of the cross section of the first liquid outlet hole, and the outer contour of the cross section of the first limiting plate is larger than the outer contour of the cross section of the second liquid outlet hole; and
    • a first chamfer is arranged at one end, away from the first liquid chamber, of an outer side wall of the sealing rubber plug.
  • Further, a plurality of first clamping blocks are arranged on an outer side wall of the bracket; first clamping slots configured to be adapted to the first clamping blocks are formed on an inner side wall of the bottle body; the first clamping blocks are arranged in the first clamping slots; and the first sealing rubber member is located above the first clamping blocks.
  • Further, a sleeving hole is formed in the middle of the bottle body, and the first liquid chamber is ringlike;
    the bottle body includes a first annular wall, a second annular wall located in the first annular wall, and a first panel with two sides connected to the first annular wall and the second annular wall, respectively; the bracket is ringlike; the first sealing rubber member includes a first rubber ring, an annular panel, and a second rubber ring located in the first rubber ring; the first rubber ring and the second rubber ring are respectively connected to two sides of the annular panel; the first rubber ring is located between the first annular wall and the bracket; the second rubber ring is located between the second annular wall and the bracket; the annular panel is located above the bracket; the annular panel is located between the first annular wall and the second annular wall; the sleeving hole penetrates through the second annular wall and the annular panel; at least a portion of the bracket is located on the first annular wall and the second annular wall; the first liquid outlet hole and the sealing rubber plug are located on the annular panel; and the first liquid chamber is formed by encircling the first annular wall, the second annular wall, the first panel, and the annular panel.
  • Further, a first limiting slot is provided at one end, away from the first panel, of an outer side wall of the second annular wall; a top surface of the first limiting slot resists against the annular panel;
    a peripheral side of the bracket protrudes outwards to form a limiting convex block; the first sealing rubber member further includes a third rubber ring; and the third rubber ring is located at a top of the limiting convex block and a bottom of the second annular wall.
  • The present disclosure further provides a cartridge structure. The cartridge structure includes a cartridge assembly and an electronic cigarette liquid bottle described above, wherein the cartridge assembly is provided with a second liquid chamber and a first liquid inlet hole provided at a top of the second liquid chamber; the cartridge assembly is provided with a pushing member on a circumferential side of the first liquid inlet hole;
    the pushing member pushes the sealing rubber plug to move upwards when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is assembled on the cartridge assembly, so that the second liquid outlet hole is communicated to the first liquid inlet hole.
  • Further, the cartridge assembly includes an atomizing core and a liquid passing bin; the second liquid chamber includes a liquid passing chamber and a liquid storage chamber; a portion of the atomizing core is arranged in the liquid passing bin; the liquid passing chamber is located on an outer side of the atomizing core; the liquid passing chamber is arranged on the liquid passing bin or is formed by encircling the liquid passing bin and the atomizing core; the first liquid inlet hole is located at a top of the liquid passing bin; the first liquid inlet hole is communicated to the liquid passing chamber; the liquid storage chamber is located in the atomizing core; and the liquid storage chamber is communicated to the liquid passing chamber.
  • Further, the atomizing core includes a first atomizing shell, second liquid suction cotton, a second atomizing shell, first liquid suction cotton, a heating element, a top rubber plug, and a bottom rubber plug; the second atomizing shell is arranged in the first atomizing shell; the second liquid suction cotton is located between the first atomizing shell and the second atomizing shell; the first liquid suction cotton is arranged in the second atomizing shell; the heating element is arranged at a position, close to the bottom, on the second liquid suction cotton; the top rubber plug and the bottom rubber plug are respectively connected to an upper end and a lower end of the second atomizing shell; the liquid storage chamber is formed by encircling the second atomizing shell, the top rubber plug, and the bottom rubber plug;
    • at least a portion of the first atomizing shell is arranged in the liquid passing chamber; a second liquid inlet hole is provided on the first atomizing shell; a third liquid inlet hole is provided on the second atomizing shell; the second liquid suction cotton is located between the third liquid inlet hole and the second liquid inlet hole;
    • a smoke channel is arranged on the atomizing core; the smoke channel penetrates through the first liquid suction cotton, the top rubber plug, and the bottom rubber plug; and an avoidance hole configured to avoid a pin of the heating element is provided on the bottom rubber plug.
  • Further, the cartridge assembly further includes a second sealing rubber member, wherein at least a portion of the second sealing rubber member is located between the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin and an inner side wall of the first annular wall;
    • a portion of the second sealing rubber ring is located between a top surface of the liquid passing bin and a bottom surface of the bracket; a portion of the second sealing rubber ring is located between the liquid passing bin and the atomizing core; and
    • at least a portion of the third rubber ring is arranged between an outer side wall of the limiting convex block and the second atomizing shell.
  • Further, the cartridge assembly further includes a conductive contact pin; the conductive contact pin is arranged at a bottom of the atomizing core; the conductive contact pin is electrically connected to the heating element; and
    a connection structure configured to be detachably connected with a main unit of an electronic cigarette is arranged on the liquid passing bin.
  • Further, there are two connection structures which are magnets and are respectively arranged on two sides of the conductive contact pin.
  • Further, the liquid passing bin is ringlike; a contact pin base is arranged in the middle of the liquid passing bin; the conductive contact pin is arranged on the contact pin base in a penetrating manner; the contact pin base is located below the second liquid inlet hole; the second liquid inlet hole is provided in a manner of corresponding to the position of the liquid passing chamber; and the liquid passing chamber is formed by encircling the contact pin base, the first atomizing shell, and the liquid passing bin.
  • Further, at least one second clamping block is arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin; a second clamping slot is arranged on an inner side wall of the first annular wall; when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is assembled on the cartridge assembly, the second clamping block is arranged in the second clamping slot;
    at least one longitudinal block is arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin; a longitudinal slot is arranged on the first annular wall; and when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is assembled on the cartridge assembly, the longitudinal block is arranged in the longitudinal slot.
  • The present disclosure has the beneficial effects: Compared with the prior art, in this embodiment, by the arrangement of the first sealing rubber member and the bracket in the electronic cigarette liquid bottle, the first opening of the bottle body can be sealed. Furthermore, the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole are separately provided on the first sealing rubber member and the bracket, and the sealing rubber plug are movably arranged in the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole, so that when the sealing rubber plug is placed in the first liquid outlet hole and/or the second liquid outlet hole, the first liquid chamber is sealed. Furthermore, when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle is assembled on the cartridge assembly, the pushing member of the cartridge assembly pushes the sealing rubber plug to be separated from the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole to open the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole, so that electronic cigarette liquid in the first liquid chamber can flow out through the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole in sequence, thereby adding electronic cigarette liquid into the cartridge assembly. Meanwhile, the electronic cigarette liquid bottle has a simple structure; the production cost of the electronic cigarette liquid bottle can be effectively reduced; the production can be facilitated; and the production time can be shortened.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those ordinarily skilled in the art without doing creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, an electronic cigarette liquid bottle in an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided.
  • The electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is configured to be assembled on a cartridge assembly and is configured to add electronic cigarette liquid to an atomizing core 2 when assembled onto the cartridge assembly.
  • The electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 includes a bottle body 11, a first sealing rubber member 12, and a bracket 13. A first liquid chamber 16 with a first opening 110 on one side is formed in the bottle body 11, and the first liquid chamber 16 is configured to store electronic cigarette liquid. At least a portion of the first sealing rubber member 12 is arranged at the first opening 110; a side wall of the first sealing rubber member 12 is in interference fit with the bottle body 11; and a first liquid outlet hole 121 communicated to the first liquid chamber 16 is provided on the first sealing rubber member 12. The bracket 13 is arranged in the bottle body 11; and second liquid outlet hole 131 communicated to the first liquid outlet hole 121 is provided on the bracket 13. The first sealing rubber member 12 is movably provided with a sealing rubber plug 14; and the sealing rubber plug 14 is placed in the first liquid outlet hole 121 and/or the second liquid outlet hole 131 when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is not assembled on the cartridge assembly, to seal the first liquid outlet hole 121 and/or the second liquid outlet hole 131. The sealing rubber plug 14 is separated from the first liquid outlet hole 121 and the second liquid outlet hole 131 under a pushing action of a pushing member 31 of the cartridge assembly when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is assembled onto the cartridge assembly.
  • In this embodiment, by the arrangement of the first sealing rubber member 12 and the bracket 13 in the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1, the first opening 110 of the bottle body 11 can be sealed. Furthermore, the first liquid outlet hole 121 and the second liquid outlet hole 131 are separately provided on the first sealing rubber member 12 and the bracket 13, and the sealing rubber plug 14 are movably arranged in the first liquid outlet hole 121 and/or the second liquid outlet hole 131, so that when the sealing rubber plug 14 is placed in the first liquid outlet hole 121 and/or the second liquid outlet hole 131, the first liquid chamber 16 is sealed. Furthermore, when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is assembled on the cartridge assembly, the pushing member 31 of the cartridge assembly pushes the sealing rubber plug 14 to be separated from the first liquid outlet hole 121 and the second liquid outlet hole 131 to open the first liquid outlet hole 121 and the second liquid outlet hole 131, so that electronic cigarette liquid in the first liquid chamber 16 can flow out through the first liquid outlet hole 121 and the second liquid outlet hole 131 in sequence, thereby adding electronic cigarette liquid into the cartridge assembly. Meanwhile, the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 has a simple structure; the production cost of the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 can be effectively reduced; the production can be facilitated; and the production time can be shortened.
  • In this embodiment, a pulling portion 141 is arranged on the sealing rubber plug 14; and an outer contour of a cross section of the pulling portion 141 is smaller than an outer contour of a cross section of the first liquid outlet hole 121 and smaller than an outer contour of a cross section of the second liquid outlet hole 131, so that the pulling portion 141 can pass through the first liquid outlet hole 121 and the second liquid outlet hole 131 in sequence from the inside of the first liquid chamber 16 and is then placed on an outer side of the first liquid chamber 16. In this way, the first sealing rubber member 12 and the bracket 13 can be mounted on the bottle body 11, and the sealing rubber plug 14 can be placed in the first liquid chamber 16, so that a portion of the pulling portion 141 is placed outside the first liquid chamber 16, and the electronic cigarette liquid can be injected into the first liquid chamber 16 from the second liquid outlet hole 131 and the first liquid outlet hole 121; and the sealing rubber plug 14 is then placed in the first liquid outlet hole 121 or the second liquid outlet hole 131 by pulling the pulling portion 141, so as to seal the first liquid chamber 16 and prevent the electronic cigarette liquid from leaking. Of course, before the bottle body 11 is provided with the first sealing rubber member 12 and the bracket 13, the electronic cigarette liquid can be directly injected into the first liquid chamber 16. Next, the first sealing rubber member 12 and the bracket 13 are mounted. In this process, excessive air will be discharged from the first liquid outlet hole 121 or the second liquid outlet hole 131, and the sealing rubber plug 14 is then placed in the first liquid outlet hole 121 or the second liquid outlet hole 131 by pulling the pulling portion 141, so as to seal the first liquid chamber 16. This can inject the electronic cigarette liquid into the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 too.
  • In an embodiment, a break gap 142 is provided at a position, close to the sealing rubber plug 14, on the pulling portion 141. When the sealing rubber plug 14 is arranged in the first liquid outlet hole 121 and/or the second liquid outlet hole 131, the pulling portion 141 is pulled to be broken from the break gap 142. By the arrangement of the break gap 142, when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is assembled on the cartridge assembly, the pulling portion 141 is pulled to be broken first to prevent the redundant pulling portion 141 from affecting the assembling of the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 on the cartridge assembly.
  • In an embodiment, to simplify the production and manufacturing flow of the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1, the sealing rubber plug 14 and the first sealing rubber member 12 are integrated in an injection molding manner. A width of the first liquid outlet hole 121 is greater than a width of the second liquid outlet hole 131; the sealing rubber plug 14 is located in the first liquid outlet hole 121; the outer contour of the cross section of the sealing rubber plug 14 is smaller than the outer contour of the cross section of the first liquid outlet hole 121; and a side wall of the sealing rubber plug 14 is in interference fit with a side wall of the second liquid outlet hole 131. In this way, a clearance is formed between the sealing rubber plug 14 and the side wall of the first liquid outlet hole 121 for air circulation, so that the first sealing rubber member 12 is mounted in the bottle body 11.
  • In an embodiment, a first limiting plate 143 is arranged at a top or a position close to the top of the sealing rubber plug 14; and an outer contour of a cross section of the first limiting plate 143 is smaller than the outer contour of the cross section of the first liquid outlet hole 121, and the outer contour of the cross section of the first limiting plate 143 is larger than the outer contour of the cross section of the second liquid outlet hole 131. The first limiting plate 143 is used to resist against a top surface of the bracket 13 to prevent a user from removing the sealing rubber plug 14 from the second liquid outlet hole 131 when the user pulls the sealing rubber plug 14 through the pulling portion 141.
  • In an embodiment, a chamfer 144 is arranged at one end, away from the first liquid chamber 16, of an outer side wall of the sealing rubber plug 14. The chamfer 144 is used as a guide, which is convenient for placing the sealing rubber plug 14 into the second liquid outlet hole 131 under the action of the pulling force of the pulling portion 141.
  • In an embodiment, a plurality of first clamping blocks 133 are arranged on an outer side wall of the bracket 13; first clamping slots 117 configured to be adapted to the first clamping blocks 133 are formed on an inner side wall of the bottle body 11; the first clamping blocks 133 are arranged in the first clamping slots 117 to fix the bracket 13; and the first sealing rubber member 12 is located above the first clamping blocks 133.
  • In an embodiment, a sleeving hole 15 is formed in the middle of the bottle body 11, and the first liquid chamber 16 is ringlike. The bottle body 11 includes a first annular wall 115, a second annular wall 116 located in the first annular wall 115, and a first panel 114 with two sides connected to the first annular wall 115 and the second annular wall 116, respectively.
  • The bracket 13 is ringlike; the first sealing rubber member 12 includes a first rubber ring 123, an annular panel 124, and a second rubber ring 125 located in the first rubber ring 123; the first rubber ring 123 and the second rubber ring 125 are respectively connected to two sides of the annular panel 124; the first rubber ring 123 is located between the first annular wall 115 and the bracket 13; the second rubber ring 125 is located between the second annular wall 116 and the bracket 13; and at least a portion of the bracket 13 is located on the first annular wall 115 and the second annular wall 116 to fix the bracket 13 in the bottle body 11 through the first sealing rubber member 12. The annular panel 124 is located above the bracket 13; the annular panel 124 is located between the first annular wall 115 and the second annular wall 116; and the sleeving hole 15 penetrates through the second annular wall 116 and the annular panel 124. The sleeving hole 15 is configured to accommodate the atomizing core 2 of the cartridge assembly. The first liquid outlet hole 121 and the sealing rubber plug 14 are located on the annular panel 124; and the first liquid chamber 16 is formed by encircling the first annular wall 115, the second annular wall 116, the first panel 114, and the annular panel 124.
  • In an embodiment, a first limiting slot 113 is provided at one end, away from the first panel 114, of an outer side wall of the second annular wall 116; and a top surface of the first limiting slot 113 resists against the annular panel 124. In this way, the first sealing rubber member 12 can be prevented from continuing to move towards the first liquid chamber 16.
  • In an embodiment, a peripheral side of the bracket 13 protrudes outwards to form a limiting convex block 132; the first sealing rubber member 12 further includes a third rubber ring; and the third rubber ring is located at a top of the limiting convex block 132 and a bottom of the second annular wall 116. When the top surface of the first limiting slot 113 resists against the annular panel 124, the first sealing rubber member 12 can be further prevented from continuing to move into the first liquid chamber 16.
  • Based on the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1, this embodiment further provides a cartridge structure. The cartridge structure is configured to be assembled with a main unit of an electronic cigarette to form the electronic cigarette.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 12, the cartridge structure includes a cartridge assembly 100 and the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 described above. The cartridge assembly 100 is provided with a second liquid chamber 10 and a first liquid inlet hole 32 provided at a top of the second liquid chamber 10; and the cartridge assembly 100 is provided with a pushing member 31 on a circumferential side of the first liquid inlet hole 32. The pushing member 31 pushes the sealing rubber plug 14 to move upwards when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is assembled on the cartridge assembly 100, so that the second liquid outlet hole 131 is communicated to the first liquid inlet hole 32. The electronic cigarette liquid in the first liquid chamber 16 enters the second liquid chamber 10 through the first liquid outlet hole 121, the second liquid outlet hole 131, and the first liquid inlet hole 32, thus adding the electronic cigarette liquid into the cartridge, increasing the number of puffs, and prolonging the usage time of the cartridge structure.
  • Specifically, in the above embodiment, the cartridge assembly 100 includes an atomizing core 2 and a liquid passing bin 3; the atomizing core 2 is configured to heat the electronic cigarette liquid to form smoke; the second liquid chamber 10 includes a liquid passing chamber 20 and a liquid storage chamber 232; a portion of the atomizing core 2 is arranged in the liquid passing bin 3; the liquid passing chamber 20 is located on an outer side of the atomizing core 2; the liquid passing chamber 20 is arranged on the liquid passing bin 3 or is formed by encircling the liquid passing bin 3 and the atomizing core 2; the first liquid inlet hole 32 is located at a top of the liquid passing bin 3; the first liquid inlet hole 32 is communicated to the liquid passing chamber 20; the liquid storage chamber 232 is located in the atomizing core 2; and the liquid storage chamber 232 is communicated to the liquid passing chamber 20. Namely, the electronic cigarette liquid enters the atomizing core 2 through the first liquid inlet hole 32 and the liquid passing chamber 20 in sequence.
  • The atomizing core 2 includes a first atomizing shell 21, second liquid suction cotton 22, a second atomizing shell 23, first liquid suction cotton 24, a heating element 26, a top rubber plug 27, and a bottom rubber plug 25; the second atomizing shell 23 is arranged in the first atomizing shell 21; the second liquid suction cotton 22 is located between the first atomizing shell 21 and the second atomizing shell 23; the first liquid suction cotton 24 is arranged in the second atomizing shell 23; the heating element 26 is arranged at a position, close to the bottom, on the second liquid suction cotton 22; the top rubber plug 27 and the bottom rubber plug 25 are respectively connected to an upper end and a lower end of the second atomizing shell 23; and the liquid storage chamber 232 is formed by encircling the second atomizing shell 23, the top rubber plug 27, and the bottom rubber plug 25. At least a portion of the first atomizing shell 21 is arranged in the liquid passing chamber 20; a second liquid inlet hole 211 is provided on the first atomizing shell 21; a third liquid inlet hole 231 is provided on the second atomizing shell 23; and the second liquid suction cotton 22 is located between the third liquid inlet hole 231 and the second liquid inlet hole 211. The second liquid suction cotton 22 can be used to introduce the electronic cigarette liquid from the liquid passing chamber 20 into the liquid storage chamber 232 through the second liquid inlet hole 211. The second liquid suction cotton 22 can be further used to effectively limit the speed of the electronic cigarette liquid for entering the liquid storage chamber 232, thus playing a role of limiting the flow, preventing the electronic cigarette liquid from being accumulated on the first liquid suction cotton 24, and preventing a user from inhaling the electronic cigarette liquid into the mouth during smoking. Furthermore, through the second liquid suction cotton 22, the electronic cigarette liquid in the first liquid suction cotton 24 can be further prevented from leaking, thus playing a role of preventing liquid leakage.
  • A smoke channel is arranged on the atomizing core 2. The smoke channel penetrates through the first liquid suction cotton 24, the top rubber plug 27, and the bottom rubber plug 25, so that when a user smokes, the smoke formed by heating the electronic cigarette liquid through the atomizing core 2 can flow for inhalation by the user. An avoidance hole 251 configured to avoid a pin of the heating element 26 is provided on the bottom rubber plug 25. By use of the avoidance hole 251, power can be connected to the heating element 26 through the pin or a wire.
  • In an embodiment, the cartridge assembly 100 further includes a second sealing rubber member 4; at least a portion of the second sealing rubber member 4 is located between the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin 3 and an inner side wall of the first annular wall 115, thus achieving sealing between the bottle body 11 and the liquid passing bin 3 to further prevent the leakage of the electronic cigarette liquid.
  • A portion of the second sealing rubber ring is located between a top surface of the liquid passing bin 3 and a bottom surface of the bracket 13; a portion of the second sealing rubber ring is located between the liquid passing bin 3 and the atomizing core 2; and at least a portion of the third rubber ring is arranged between an outer side wall of the limiting convex block 132 and the second atomizing shell 23. Thus, sealing between the top surface of the liquid passing bin 3 and the bottom surface of the bracket 13, between the liquid passing bin 3 and the atomizing core 2, and between the outer side wall of the limiting convex block 132 and the second atomizing shell 23 is achieved, which further prevents the leakage of the electronic cigarette liquid.
  • In an embodiment, a connection structure 5 configured to be detachably connected with a main unit of an electronic cigarette is arranged on the liquid passing bin 3. The main unit of the electronic cigarette is configured to drive the heating element 26 to work. Thus, the cartridge assembly 100 can be replaced when the cartridge assembly 100 is used for certain time or the taste is affected by carbon accumulation of the heating element 26.
  • Specifically, the cartridge assembly 100 further includes a conductive contact pin 6; the conductive contact pin 6 is arranged at a bottom of the atomizing core 2; and the conductive contact pin 6 is electrically connected to the heating element 26. Thus, when the cartridge assembly 100 is arranged on the main unit of the electronic cigarette, the conductive contact pin 6 is electrically connected to a thimble on the main unit of the electronic cigarette to achieve electrical connection between the heating element 26 and the main unit of the electronic cigarette.
  • In an embodiment, there are two connection structures 5 are magnets and are respectively arranged on two sides of the conductive contact pin 6. The magnets attract a magnetic member on the main unit of the electronic cigarette, so that the cartridge assembly 100 is detachably arranged on the main unit of the electronic cigarette. Of course, in other embodiments, the cartridge assembly 100 and the main unit of the electronic cigarette can be further detachably connected to each other using a buckle, a screw, a thread, or the like.
  • In an embodiment, the liquid passing bin 3 is ringlike; a contact pin base 7 is arranged in the middle of the liquid passing bin 3; the conductive contact pin 6 is arranged on the contact pin base 7 in a penetrating manner and is fixed on the contact pin base 7; the second liquid inlet hole 211 is provided in a manner of corresponding to the position of the liquid passing chamber 20; the liquid passing chamber 20 is formed by encircling the contact pin base 7, the first atomizing shell 21, and the liquid passing bin 3; the contact pin base 7 is located below the second liquid inlet hole 211, so that the electronic cigarette liquid flowing out of the liquid passing chamber 20 can be placed in the liquid storage chamber 232 via the second liquid inlet hole 211.
  • In an embodiment, at least one second clamping block 34 is arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin 3; a second clamping slot 112 is arranged on an inner side wall of the first annular wall 115; and when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is assembled on the cartridge assembly 100, the second clamping block 34 is arranged in the second clamping slot 112, so that the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 can be stably assembled on the cartridge assembly 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 and the cartridge assembly 100 can be connected without a buckle, but the fixing is achieved by the interference fit between the atomizing core 2 and the first sealing rubber member 12, as well as the second sealing rubber member 4.
  • In an embodiment, to facilitate aligning the second liquid outlet hole 131 with the first liquid inlet hole 32 when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is assembled on the cartridge assembly 100, at least one longitudinal block 33 is arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin 3; a longitudinal slot 111 is arranged on the first annular wall 115; and when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle 1 is assembled on the cartridge assembly 100, the longitudinal block 33 is arranged in the longitudinal slot 111.
  • In the above embodiment, the liquid passing bin 3 includes a liquid bin shell 301, a bottom liquid bin shell 303, and a third sealing rubber member 302. At least a portion of the third sealing rubber member 302 is arranged between the liquid bin shell 301 and the bottom liquid bin shell 303. The liquid bin shell 301 and the bottom liquid bin shell 303 can be connected to each other through a buckle. A liquid guide gap 3011 is formed on the liquid bin shell 301, and the liquid guide gap 3011 is communicated with the first liquid inlet hole 32. The contact pin base 7 is arranged on an inner side of the bottom liquid bin shell 303. The liquid passing chamber 20 is formed by encircling a side wall of the liquid guide gap 3011, the contact pin base 7, and the first atomizing shell 21. Of course, in other embodiments, the liquid passing bin 3 can be an integrally formed shell. The atomizing core 2 is provided with rubber rings between the upper and lower ends of the second liquid inlet hole 211 and the liquid passing bin 3, so that the electronic cigarette liquid will not leak when it enters the second liquid inlet hole 211 from the liquid passing chamber 20. The contact pin base 7 can be integrally formed with the liquid passing bin 3, or the contact pin base 7 is not integrally formed with the liquid passing bin 3, and at least a portion of the contact pin base 7 is arranged in the liquid passing bin 3 for fixing.
  • It should be noted that all directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, back...) in the embodiments of the present disclosure are only used to explain a relative positional relationship between components, motion situations, etc. at a certain specific attitude (as shown in the figures). If the specific attitude changes, the directional indication also correspondingly changes.
  • In addition, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in the present disclosure are only used for descriptive purposes, and cannot be understood as indicating or implying its relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Therefore, features defined by "first" and "second" can explicitly instruct or impliedly include at least one feature. In addition, "and/or" in the entire text includes three solutions. A and/or B is taken as an example, including technical solution A, technical solution B, and technical solutions that both A and B satisfy. In addition, the technical solutions between the various embodiments can be combined with each other, but it needs be based on what can be achieved by those of ordinary skill in the art. When the combination of the technical solutions is contradictory or cannot be achieved, it should be considered that such a combination of the technical solutions does not exist, and is not within the scope of protection claimed by the present disclosure.

  1. An electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1), configured to be assembled on a cartridge assembly (100) and configured to add electronic cigarette liquid to an atomizing core when assembled onto the cartridge assembly (100), characterized in that, the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) comprises a bottle body (11), a first sealing rubber member (12), and a bracket (13);
    a first liquid chamber (16) with a first opening (110) on one side is formed in the bottle body (11), and the first liquid chamber (16) is configured to store electronic cigarette liquid;
    at least a portion of the first sealing rubber member (12) is arranged at the first opening (110); a side wall of the first sealing rubber member (12) is in interference fit with the bottle body (11); a first liquid outlet hole (121) communicated to the first liquid chamber (16) is provided on the first sealing rubber member (12);
    the bracket (13) is arranged in the bottle body (11); a second liquid outlet hole (131) communicated to the first liquid outlet hole (121) is provided on the bracket (13);
    the first sealing rubber member (12) is movably provided with a sealing rubber plug (14); the sealing rubber plug (14) is placed in the first liquid outlet hole (121) and/or the second liquid outlet hole (131) when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) is not assembled on an electronic cigarette, to seal the first liquid outlet hole (121) and/or the second liquid outlet hole (131); and the sealing rubber plug (14) is separated from the first liquid outlet hole (121) and the second liquid outlet hole (131) under a pushing action of a pushing member of the cartridge assembly (100) when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) is assembled onto the cartridge assembly (100).
  2. The electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that, a pulling portion (141) is arranged on the sealing rubber plug (14); an outer contour of a cross section of the pulling portion (141) is smaller than an outer contour of a cross section of the first liquid outlet hole (121) and smaller than an outer contour of a cross section of the second liquid outlet hole (131); and the pulling portion (141) is configured to place the sealing rubber plug (14) in the first liquid outlet hole (121) and/or the second liquid outlet hole (131) under a pulling force.
  3. The electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that, when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) is not assembled on the electronic cigarette and the sealing rubber plug (14) is not placed in the first liquid outlet hole (121) and/or the second liquid outlet hole (131), the pulling portion (141) passes through the first liquid outlet hole (121) and the second liquid outlet hole (131) from the inside of the first liquid chamber (16) in sequence and is placed outside the first liquid chamber (16);
    a break gap (142) is provided at a position, close to the sealing rubber plug (14), on the pulling portion (141); and when the sealing rubber plug (14) is arranged in the first liquid outlet hole (121) and/or the second liquid outlet hole (131), the pulling portion (141) is pulled to be broken from the break gap (142).
  4. The electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that, a width of the first liquid outlet hole (121) is greater than a width of the second liquid outlet hole (131); the sealing rubber plug (14) is located in the first liquid outlet hole (121); the outer contour of the cross section of the sealing rubber plug (14) is smaller than the outer contour of the cross section of the first liquid outlet hole (121); a side wall of the sealing rubber plug (14) is in interference fit with a side wall of the second liquid outlet hole (131); the sealing rubber plug (14) is integrated with the first sealing rubber member (12) in an injection molding manner;
    a first limiting plate (143) is arranged at a top or a position close to the top of the sealing rubber plug (14); an outer contour of a cross section of the first limiting plate (143) is smaller than the outer contour of the cross section of the first liquid outlet hole (121), and the outer contour of the cross section of the first limiting plate (143) is larger than the outer contour of the cross section of the second liquid outlet hole (131); and
    a first chamfer is arranged at one end, away from the first liquid chamber (16), of an outer side wall of the sealing rubber plug (14).
  5. The electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that, a plurality of first clamping blocks (132) are arranged on an outer side wall of the bracket (13); a first clamping slots (117) configured to be adapted to the first clamping blocks (132) are formed on an inner side wall of the bottle body (11); the first clamping blocks (132) are arranged in the first clamping slots (117); and the first sealing rubber member (12) is located above the first clamping blocks (132).
  6. The electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that, a sleeving hole (15) is formed in the middle of the bottle body (11), and the first liquid chamber (16) is ringlike;
    the bottle body (11) comprises a first annular wall (115), a second annular wall (116) located in the first annular wall (115), and a first panel (114) with two sides connected to the first annular wall (115) and the second annular wall (116), respectively; the bracket (13) is ringlike; the first sealing rubber member (12) comprises a first rubber ring (123), an annular panel (124), and a second rubber ring (125) located in the first rubber ring (123); the first rubber ring (123) and the second rubber ring (125) are respectively connected to two sides of the annular panel; the first rubber ring (123) is located between the first annular wall (115) and the bracket (13); the second rubber ring (125) is located between the second annular wall (116) and the bracket (13); the annular panel (124) is located above the bracket (13); the annular panel (124) is located between the first annular wall (115) and the second annular wall (116); the sleeving hole (15) penetrates through the second annular wall (116) and the annular panel (124); at least a portion of the bracket (13) is located on the first annular wall (115) and the second annular wall (116); the first liquid outlet hole (121) and the sealing rubber plug (14) are located on the annular panel (124); and the first liquid chamber (16) is formed by encircling the first annular wall (115), the second annular wall (116), the first panel (114), and the annular panel (124).
  7. The electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that, a first limiting slot (113) is provided at one end, away from the first panel (114), of an outer side wall of the second annular wall (116); a top surface of the first limiting slot (113) resists against the annular panel (124);
    a peripheral side of the bracket (13) protrudes outwards to form a limiting convex block (132); the first sealing rubber member (12) further comprises a third rubber ring; and the third rubber ring is located at a top of the limiting convex block (132) and a bottom of the second annular wall (116).
  8. A cartridge structure, comprising the cartridge assembly (100) and the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that, the cartridge assembly (100) is provided with a second liquid chamber (10) and a first liquid inlet hole (32) provided at a top of the second liquid chamber (10); the cartridge assembly (100) is provided with a pushing member on a circumferential side of the first liquid inlet hole (32);
    the pushing member pushes the sealing rubber plug (14) to move upwards when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) is assembled on the cartridge assembly (100), so that the second liquid outlet hole (131) is communicated to the first liquid inlet hole (32).
  9. The cartridge structure according to claim 8, characterized in that, the cartridge assembly (100) comprises an atomizing core and a liquid passing bin (3); the second liquid chamber (10) comprises a liquid passing chamber (20) and a liquid storage chamber (232); a portion of the atomizing core is arranged in the liquid passing bin (3); the liquid passing chamber (20) is located on an outer side of the atomizing core; the liquid passing chamber (20) is arranged on the liquid passing bin (3) or is formed by encircling the liquid passing bin (3) and the atomizing core; the first liquid inlet hole (32) is located at a top of the liquid passing bin (3); the first liquid inlet hole (32) is communicated to the liquid passing chamber (20); a liquid storage chamber (232) is located in the atomizing core; and the liquid storage chamber (232) is communicated to the liquid passing chamber (20).
  10. The cartridge structure according to claim 9, characterized in that, the atomizing core comprises a first atomizing shell (21), a second liquid suction cotton (22), a second atomizing shell (23), a first liquid suction cotton (24), a heating element (26), a top rubber plug (27), and a bottom rubber plug (25); the second atomizing shell (23) is arranged in the first atomizing shell (21); the second liquid suction cotton (22) is located between the first atomizing shell (21) and the second atomizing shell (23); the first liquid suction cotton (24) is arranged in the second atomizing shell (23); the heating element (26) is arranged at a position, close to the bottom, on the second liquid suction cotton (22); the top rubber plug (27) and the bottom rubber plug (25) are respectively connected to an upper end and a lower end of the second atomizing shell (23); the liquid storage chamber (232) is formed by encircling the second atomizing shell (23), the top rubber plug (27), and the bottom rubber plug (25);
    at least a portion of the first atomizing shell (21) is arranged in the liquid passing chamber (20); a second liquid inlet hole (211) is provided on the first atomizing shell (21); a third liquid inlet hole (231) is provided on the second atomizing shell (23); the second liquid suction cotton (22) is located between the third liquid inlet hole (231) and the second liquid inlet hole (211);
    a smoke channel is arranged on the atomizing core; the smoke channel penetrates through the first liquid suction cotton (24), the top rubber plug (27), and the bottom rubber plug (25); and an avoidance hole (251) configured to avoid a pin of the heating element (26) is provided on the bottom rubber plug (25).
  11. The cartridge structure according to claim 10, characterized in that, the cartridge assembly (100) further comprises a second sealing rubber member (4), wherein at least a portion of the second sealing rubber member (4) is located between the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin (3) and an inner side wall of the first annular wall (115);
    a portion of a second sealing rubber ring is located between a top surface of the liquid passing bin (3) and a bottom surface of the bracket (13); the portion of the second sealing rubber ring is located between the liquid passing bin (3) and the atomizing core; and
    at least a portion of the third rubber ring is arranged between an outer side wall of the limiting convex block (132) and the second atomizing shell (23).
  12. The cartridge structure according to claim 10, characterized in that, the cartridge assembly (100) further comprises a conductive contact pin (6); the conductive contact pin (6) is arranged at a bottom of the atomizing core; the conductive contact pin (6) is electrically connected to the heating element (26); and

The cartridge structure according to claim 14, characterized in that, at least a second clamping block (34) is arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin (3); a second clamping slot (112) is arranged on an inner side wall of the first annular wall (115); when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) is assembled on the cartridge assembly (100), the second clamping block (34) is arranged in the second clamping slot (112);
    at least a longitudinal block (33) is arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid passing bin (3); a longitudinal slot (111) is arranged on the first annular wall (115); and when the electronic cigarette liquid bottle (1) is assembled on the cartridge assembly (100), the longitudinal block (33) is arranged in the longitudinal slot (111).
