Figs. 1-11 show an electronic cigarette assembly in an embodiment of the present invention. - The electronic cigarette assembly includes an electronic cigarette body 200 and a liquid bottle 100 installed on the electronic cigarette body 200. The electronic cigarette body 200 is provided with a first liquid storage cavity 2231. The first liquid storage cavity 2231 is internally provided with first liquid absorbing cotton 225 for storing tobacco liquid. The electronic cigarette body 200 is provided with first liquid inlet holes 227 communicated with the first liquid storage cavity 2231. The liquid bottle 100 is provided with a second liquid storage cavity 190 for storing tobacco liquid. First liquid outlet holes 131 communicated with the second liquid storage cavity 190 are defined in the liquid bottle 100. A movable member 140 is rotatably arranged on the liquid bottle 100. When the liquid bottle 100 is not assembled with the electronic cigarette body 200, the movable member 140 covers the first liquid outlet holes 131 to prevent the tobacco liquid from flowing out of the first liquid outlet holes 131. When the liquid bottle 100 is installed on the electronic cigarette body 200 and rotates relative to the electronic cigarette body 200, the movable member 140 rotates relative to the liquid bottle 100 to open the first liquid outlet holes 131, so that the first liquid outlet holes 131 are in communication with the first liquid inlet holes 227.
- In this embodiment, the liquid bottle 100 can be installed on the electronic cigarette body 200. When the liquid bottle 100 is installed on the electronic cigarette body 200, and the liquid bottle 100 is rotated relative to the electronic cigarette body 200, the first liquid outlet holes 131 can be in communication with the first liquid inlet holes 227, so that the tobacco liquid in the liquid bottle 100 flows out from the first liquid outlet holes 131 and is added to the first liquid storage cavity 2231 inside the electronic cigarette body 200 through the first liquid inlet holes 227, thereby increasing the tobacco liquid in the electronic cigarette body 200, increasing a total number of puffs and improving the service life of the electronic cigarette body 200 in this embodiment.
- Specifically, a joint structure is arranged between the movable member 140 and the electronic cigarette body 200. The joint structure includes a first fixing slot 191 and a first convex block 252. The first convex block 252 is placed inside the first fixing slot 191 when the liquid bottle 100 is installed on the electronic cigarette body 200. In this way, when the liquid bottle 100 is installed on the electronic cigarette body 200, the first convex block 252 is placed in the first fixing slot 191 to fix a relative position between the movable member 140 and the electronic cigarette body 200. Therefore, when the liquid bottle 100 rotates relative to the electronic cigarette body 200, the movable member 140 is capable of rotating relative to the liquid bottle 100, thereby opening the first liquid outlet holes 131 and achieving the communication between the first liquid outlet holes 131 with the first liquid inlet holes 227.
- Referring to
Figs. 7-9 , the liquid bottle 100 includes: a first outer housing 110 with an opening at a bottom portion, a first bottom housing 170 arranged at the opening, a liquid guiding member 120 arranged inside the first outer housing 110, and a first sealing member 160 arranged between the first bottom housing 170 and the first outer housing 110. The second liquid storage cavity 190 includes the liquid guiding member 120 and the first outer housing 110. The first liquid outlet holes 131 are positioned on the liquid guiding member 120, and the movable member 140 is positioned below the liquid guiding member 120. Second liquid inlet holes 146 and second liquid outlet holes 145 are defined in the movable member 140. The second liquid inlet holes 146 are in communication with the second liquid outlet holes 145. The second liquid inlet holes 146 are not in communication with the first liquid outlet holes 131 when in an initial state. The second liquid inlet holes 146 are in communication with the first liquid outlet holes 131 after the movable member 140 rotates relative to the liquid guiding member 120. The second liquid outlet holes 145 are in communication with the first liquid inlet holes 227 when the liquid bottle 100 is assembled onto the electronic cigarette body 200. When the liquid bottle 100 is assembled onto the electronic cigarette body 200 and the movable member 140 rotates relative to the liquid bottle 100, the tobacco liquid positioned inside the liquid bottle 100 can flow out from the first liquid outlet holes 131, and enter the electronic cigarette body 200 after sequentially passing through the second liquid inlet holes 146, the second liquid outlet holes 145, and the first liquid inlet holes 227. - In one embodiment, a liquid passing cavity 192 is formed between the movable member 140 and the first bottom housing 170. Both the second liquid inlet holes 146 and the second liquid outlet holes 145 are in communication with the liquid passing cavity 192. Therefore, when the liquid bottle 100 is assembled onto the electronic cigarette body 200 and the movable member 140 rotates relative to the liquid bottle 100, the tobacco liquid inside the liquid bottle 100 flows out from the first liquid outlet holes 131, enters the liquid passing cavity 192 after passing through the second liquid inlet holes 146, and then enters the electronic cigarette body 200 after passing through the second liquid outlet holes 145 and the first liquid inlet holes 227. By utilizing the liquid passing cavity 192, a space for the circulation of the tobacco liquid can be increased, preventing the formation of a film between the second liquid inlet holes 146 and the second liquid outlet holes 145 from leading to difficulties in the flow of the tobacco liquid, thereby improving the fluidity of the tobacco liquid.
- Specifically, the movable member 140 includes a first upper panel 141 and a first enclosure wall 142 positioned below the first upper panel 141. The second liquid inlet holes 146 are positioned on the first upper panel 141. Both the second liquid outlet holes 145 and the first fixing slot 191 are positioned on the first enclosure wall 142. The first convex block 252 are positioned on the electronic cigarette body 200. The first bottom housing 170 includes a second enclosure wall 172 and a first lower panel 171 connected to a bottom portion of the second enclosure wall 172. The first enclosure wall 142 is positioned inside the second enclosure wall 172 and above the first lower panel 171. A second sealing member 130 is arranged between the first upper panel 141 and the liquid guiding member 120 to prevent tobacco liquid from leaking out from a gap between the first upper panel 141 and the liquid guiding member 120. A third sealing member 150 is arranged between a bottom portion of the first enclosure wall 142 and the first lower panel 171 to prevent tobacco liquid from leaking out from a gap between the bottom portion of the first enclosure wall 142 and the first lower panel 171, thereby achieving a sealing effect. The liquid passing cavity 192 is surrounded and formed by the first enclosure wall 142, the first lower panel 171, the second enclosure wall 172, and the first upper panel 141. The second liquid inlet holes 146 further penetrate through the second sealing member 130 to achieve communication between the second liquid inlet holes 146 and the liquid passing cavity 192. Furthermore, the second sealing member 130 and the third sealing member 150 can provide friction for the rotation of the movable member 140, thereby preventing the movable member 140 from rotating randomly.
- In one embodiment, first position limiting columns 173 are provided on the first lower panel 171. First holes 144 are defined in the first upper panel 141. One end of the first position limiting columns 173 passes through the third sealing member 150 and the first holes 144, and then is placed on the second sealing member 130. Therefore, when the movable member 140 rotates relative to the liquid bottle 100, under the action of the first position limiting columns 173, the second sealing member 130 and the third sealing member 150 can be prevented from rotating together.
- In one embodiment, first position limiting slots 133 are defined in the second sealing member 130. A bottom portion of the liquid guiding member 120 is provided with second position limiting columns 121. The second position limiting columns 121 are placed inside the first position limiting slots 133. By placing the second position limiting columns 121 inside the first position limiting slots 133, a relative positions between the second sealing member 130 and the liquid guiding member 120 can be fixed, without being affected by the rotation of the movable member 140 relative to the liquid bottle 100.
- In one embodiment, a bottom portion of the second sealing member 130 protrudes downwards to form first protrusions 132. The first liquid outlet holes 131 penetrate through the first protrusions 132. A top surface of the first upper panel 141 is depressed downwards to form first slots 143. Each of the first protrusions 132 is at least partially placed in a corresponding first slot 143 when in the initial state. Each of the first protrusions 132 is at least partially placed in a corresponding second liquid inlet hole 146 when the second liquid outlet holes 145 are in communication with the first liquid inlet holes 227. By utilizing the first protrusions 132, the sealing between the second sealing member 130 and the movable member 140 can be effectively improved. Moreover, when the movable member 140 rotates relative to the liquid bottle 100 to a position where the second liquid outlet holes 145 are in communication with the first liquid inlet holes 227, by utilizing the first protrusions 132 in conjunction with the second liquid inlet holes 146, a positioning effect is played to remind a user that the second liquid outlet holes 145 are in communication with the first liquid inlet holes 227, and there is no need to continue rotating the liquid bottle 100.
- In one embodiment, a perforating hole 180 is defined in the liquid bottle 100, and the liquid bottle 100 is sleeved on an outer side of the electronic cigarette body 200. Specifically, the first outer housing 110 includes a first annular wall 113, a second annular wall 112, and a second upper panel 111. The second annular wall 112 is positioned within the first annular wall 113. Two sides of the second upper panel 111 are respectively connected to the first annular wall 113 and the second annular wall 112. The perforating hole 180 is positioned in a middle of the second annular wall 112, and the liquid guiding member 120 is sleeved on an outer side of the second annular wall 112. As a result, the liquid bottle 100 can be arranged in an annular shape and fixed on the electronic cigarette body 200 through a way of sleeving. Part of the second sealing member 130 is sleeved on an outer side of the second annular wall 112, and part of the second sealing member 130 is positioned between the second annular wall 112 and the first upper panel 141. By using the second sealing member 130, tobacco liquid can be prevented from leaking out from the liquid guiding member 120, and liquid leakage between the liquid guiding member 120 and the movable member 140 can be prevented, thereby playing a sealing role. The second enclosure wall 172 is placed inside the first annular wall 113. The first sealing member 160 is provided between the second enclosure wall 172 and the first annular wall 113. Based on the above structure, the liquid bottle 100 can be produced and manufactured. Specifically, the connection between the second enclosure wall 172 and the first annular wall 113 can also be achieved by means of buckles, threads, etc.
- In one embodiment, referring to
Figs. 5-6 , when the liquid bottle 100 is not installed on the electronic cigarette body 200, the liquid bottle 100 further includes a fourth sealing member 181 and a fifth sealing member 182. The fourth sealing member 181 is at least partially placed inside the perforating hole 180. The fifth sealing member 182 is sleeved at a bottom portion of the first annular wall 113 and covers the first bottom housing 170. By utilizing the fourth sealing member 181 and the fifth sealing member 182, the perforating hole 180 can be sealed to prevent air circulation, thereby further playing a sealing role. When the liquid bottle 100 is installed onto the electronic cigarette body 200, the fifth sealing member 182 and the fourth sealing member 181 can be removed to facilitate the user's use. - Referring to
Fig. 4 andFigs. 10-11 , in the above embodiments, the electronic cigarette body 200 includes a main body 240, an atomizing core component 220, a connecting member 250, and a mouthpiece 210. The mouthpiece 210 is provided at a top portion of the atomizing core component 220. The connecting member 250 is provided at a position near a bottom portion of the atomizing core component 220. The first convex block 252 is positioned on the first connecting member 250. The first liquid inlet holes 227 are positioned on the atomizing core component 220, and the atomizing core component 220 is arranged on the main body 240. The first liquid absorbing cotton 225 is positioned inside the atomizing core component 220. The liquid bottle 100 is assembled on an outside of the atomizing core component 220 and the connecting member 250. A sixth sealing member 251 is arranged between the connecting member 250 and the liquid bottle 100. The main body 240 is internally equipped with a circuit board 270, a battery 260 and a pneumatic switch 271. The battery 260 and the pneumatic switch 271 are electrically connected to the circuit board 270. The circuit board 270 is electrically connected to the atomizing core component 220. The main body 240 is provided with a first air inlet hole 2431 communicated with an interior of the main body 240. The first air inlet hole 2431 is in communication with the atomizing core component 220. The battery 260 is configured for powering the circuit board 270. When the user inhales through the mouthpiece 210, external air passes through the first air inlet hole 2431, the pneumatic switch 271 detects a change in airflow difference and feeds back an electrical signal to the circuit board 270, and then the circuit board 270 drives the atomizing core component 220 to work based on this electrical signal to achieve atomization of the tobacco liquid. The generated airflow enters the atomizing core component 220, and then brings the aerosol formed by the atomization out from the mouthpiece 210, so that the aerosol is inhaled by the user. - In one embodiment, when the atomizing core component 220 is in the initial state, a second outer housing 230 is sleeved on an outer side. The second outer housing 230 covers the first liquid inlet holes 227. Therefore, when the electronic cigarette body 200 is not assembled with the liquid bottle 100, the first liquid inlet holes 227 can be sealed to prevent liquid leakage. Moreover, by utilizing the second outer housing 230, when the user does not configure the liquid bottle 100, the aesthetics of the electronic cigarette body 200 can be improved and a protection role can be played. When it is needed to install the liquid bottle 100, the second outer housing 230 can be removed.
- In one embodiment, the atomizing core component 220 includes a first atomizing outer housing 221, a second atomizing outer housing 223, second liquid absorbing cotton 222, a heating member 2251, a seventh sealing member 224, and an eighth sealing member 226. The first aerosol passage 229 is in communication with the first air inlet hole 2431. The heating member 2251 is positioned on the first aerosol passage 229. By configuring the second liquid absorbing cotton 222 and the first atomizing outer housing 221 on an outer side of the second atomizing outer housing 223, the tobacco liquid from the liquid bottle 100 can be introduced into the atomizing core component 220, but the tobacco liquid from the liquid bottle 100 can also be effectively restricted from entering the atomizing core component 220, thereby playing a flow limiting role, preventing the tobacco liquid from accumulating on the first liquid absorbing cotton 225 of the atomizing core component 220, and preventing the user from inhaling the tobacco liquid into mouth when puffing. Moreover, through the second liquid absorbing cotton 222, the tobacco liquid inside the second liquid absorbing cotton 222 can also be prevented from leaking out, thereby playing a role in preventing liquid leakage.
- In one embodiment, a ninth sealing member 276 is provided at a top portion inside the main body 240, and an adapter board 275 is embedded on the ninth sealing member 276.
