Abstract
Vorrichtung (1) und Verfahren zur Herstellung von gewalzten Metallbändern, vorzugsweise warmgewalzten Metallbändern, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) aufweist: eine Gießmaschine (10), die eingerichtet ist, um Brammen (B) zu erzeugen und in einer Transportlinie der Gießmaschine (CLC) zu transportieren; eine Walzanlage (50), die eingerichtet ist, um die Brammen (B) während eines Transports entlang einer Transportlinie der Walzanlage (CLM) durch Walzen in entsprechende Metallbänder umzuformen; eine kombinierte Transport- und Temperaturbeeinflussungseinrichtung (40), die zwischen der Gießmaschine (10) und der Walzanlage (50) angeordnet und eingerichtet ist, um die Brammen (B) zumindest entlang der Transportlinie der Walzanlage (CLM) zu transportieren, der Walzanlage (50) zuzuführen und die Temperatur der Brammen (B) auf eine Walztemperatur einzustellen; eine Oberflächeneinrichtung (20), die zwischen der Gießmaschine (10) und der kombinierten Transport- und Temperaturbeeinflussungseinrichtung (40) angeordnet und eingerichtet ist, um zumindest eine der Oberflächen der Brammen (B) zu bearbeiten und/oder zu behandeln und/oder zu inspizieren; und eine Temperaturbeeinflussungseinrichtung (30), die zwischen der Gießmaschine (10) und der kombinierten Transport- und Temperaturbeeinflussungseinrichtung (40) angeordnet und eingerichtet ist, um die Temperatur der Brammen (B) zu modifizieren. Apparatus (1) and method for producing rolled metal strips, preferably hot-rolled metal strips, wherein the apparatus (1) comprises: a casting machine (10) configured to produce slabs (B) and transport them in a transport line of the casting machine (CLC); a rolling mill (50) configured to roll the slabs (B) into corresponding metal strips during transport along a transport line of the rolling mill (CLM); a combined transport and temperature influencing device (40) arranged between the casting machine (10) and the rolling mill (50) and configured to transport the slabs (B) at least along the transport line of the rolling mill (CLM), feed them to the rolling mill (50), and adjust the temperature of the slabs (B) to a rolling temperature; a surface device (20) arranged between the casting machine (10) and the combined transport and temperature influencing device (40) and configured to machine and/or treat and/or inspect at least one of the surfaces of the slabs (B); and a temperature influencing device (30) arranged between the casting machine (10) and the combined transport and temperature influencing device (40) and configured to modify the temperature of the slabs (B).
