Claims (15)

  1. Unité de verrouillage (100) d'un chaumard mobile (1) destiné à être utilisé sur un navire flottant, ledit chaumard mobile comprenant :
    un ou plusieurs supports (10) pour fixation à un navire flottant ;
    un arbre de support rotatif (20) couplé au ou aux supports (10) et conçu pour tourner par rapport aux supports (10) ;
    un élément de guidage (30) fixé à l'arbre de support rotatif (20) et conçu pour tourner avec l'arbre de support rotatif (20) ;
    ladite unité de verrouillage comprenant :
    une plaque d'arrêt (110) couplée à l'arbre de support rotatif (20) du chaumard mobile dans une position où un axe de l'arbre de support rotatif (20) est normal à la plaque d'arrêt (110), la plaque d'arrêt comprenant un ou plusieurs trous de verrouillage (111) s'étendant à travers la plaque d'arrêt (110) ;
    une tige de verrouillage (120) conçue pour passer à travers l'un des trous de verrouillage (111) dans la plaque d'arrêt pour empêcher la rotation de l'arbre de support (20) ; et
    un actionneur de verrouillage (130) conçu pour déplacer la tige de verrouillage (120) dans une position verrouillée où la tige de verrouillage (120) s'étend à travers l'un des trous de verrouillage (111) dans la plaque d'arrêt, ledit actionneur de verrouillage (130) étant conçu pour être fixé au navire flottant et pour être actionné à distance.
  2. Unité de verrouillage de la revendication 1, ladite plaque d'arrêt (110) possédant une forme semi-circulaire doté d'un bord droit et d'un bord semi-circulaire et étant conçue pour être couplée à l'arbre de support rotatif au niveau d'un point médian du bord droit.
  3. Unité de verrouillage de la revendication 1 ou de la revendication 2, ladite plaque d'arrêt (110) comprenant une pluralité de trous de verrouillage (111) espacés le long d'un arc circulaire de la plaque d'arrêt agencée pour être centrée sur l'axe de l'arbre de support rotatif, chaque point sur l'arc circulaire étant formé pour être incliné vers un trou de verrouillage adjacent.
  4. Unité de verrouillage d'une quelconque revendication précédente, ladite tige de verrouillage (120) comprenant un rouleau (121) agencé pour entrer en contact avec la plaque d'arrêt, où le rouleau comprend une roue et un axe, ou un mécanisme à rotule.
  5. Unité de verrouillage d'une quelconque revendication précédente, ladite plaque d'arrêt (110) étant conçue pour s'étendre à travers une douille dans une coque du navire flottant, et ladite tige de verrouillage et ledit actionneur de verrouillage étant agencés à l'intérieur de la coque.
  6. Unité de verrouillage de la revendication 5, comprenant en outre une enceinte rectangulaire fixée à la douille et agencée pour recevoir la plaque d'arrêt à l'intérieur, ladite tige de verrouillage (120) étant conçue pour passer à travers un trou scellé dans une paroi supérieure et/ou inférieure de l'enceinte.
  7. Unité de verrouillage de la revendication 6, au moins l'une des ouvertures comprenant un joint d'étanchéité d'arbre conçu pour permettre le mouvement de la tige de verrouillage à travers l'ouverture et empêcher l'eau de passer à travers l'ouverture.
  8. Unité de verrouillage d'une quelconque revendication précédente, dans laquelle actionneur de verrouillage comprenant un cylindre hydraulique.
  9. Unité de verrouillage d'une quelconque revendication précédente, comprenant en outre un dispositif de commande de verrouillage pour commander l'actionneur de verrouillage, ledit dispositif de commande de verrouillage pouvant être actionné à distance par l'intermédiaire d'une connexion filaire et/ou sans fil.
  10. Unité de verrouillage d'une quelconque revendication précédente, comprenant en outre une ou plusieurs plaquettes de freinage (160) conçues pour résister à un mouvement de rotation de la plaque d'arrêt ; et
    un actionneur de freinage (170) conçu pour déplacer les plaquettes de freinage dans une position de freinage où les plaquettes de freinage sont en contact avec la plaque d'arrêt.
  11. Chaumard mobile comprenant :
    un ou plusieurs supports (10) pour fixation à un navire flottant ;
    un arbre de support rotatif (20) couplé au ou aux supports et conçu pour tourner par rapport aux supports ;
    un élément de guidage (30) fixé à l'arbre de support rotatif et conçu pour tourner avec l'arbre de support rotatif ; et
    l'unité de verrouillage (100) d'une quelconque revendication précédente, ladite plaque d'arrêt (110) de l'unité de verrouillage étant couplée à l'arbre de support rotatif dans une position où un axe de l'arbre de support rotatif est normal à la plaque d'arrêt.
  12. Procédé d'installation ultérieure de l'unité de verrouillage de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 sur un chaumard mobile sur un navire flottant, comprenant ;
    le couplage la plaque d'arrêt (110) de l'unité de verrouillage (100) à un arbre de support rotatif (20) du chaumard mobile dans une position où un axe de l'arbre de support rotatif est normal à la plaque d'arrêt.
  13. Procédé de la revendication 12, ledit couplage de la plaque d'arrêt (110) comprenant la fixation directe de la plaque d'arrêt (110) à l'arbre de support rotatif (20) et/ou la fixation de la plaque d'arrêt à un élément de guidage qui est fixé à l'arbre de support rotatif et conçu pour tourner avec l'arbre de support rotatif.
  14. Procédé de la revendication 12, comprenant en outre : le passage d'une partie de la plaque d'arrêt (110) à travers une douille dans une coque du navire flottant, et la fixation d'une enceinte rectangulaire à la douille, ladite enceinte étant agencée pour recevoir la plaque d'arrêt à l'intérieur, et la tige de verrouillage étant conçue pour passer à travers un trou scellé dans une paroi supérieure et/ou inférieure de l'enceinte.
  15. Procédé de la revendication 14, comprenant en outre la coupe de la douille dans la coque du navire flottant.
