Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de production d'un matériau collecté ou d'un matériau (10) qui peut être collecté, comprenant les étapes consistant à : • a. fournir deux sections de bande de matériau (11, 12) et un fil (13) qui est disposé entre les sections de bande de matériau (11, 12), • b. fournir un dispositif de traitement comprenant un outil (1) avec une surface d'étanchéité (2) et un contre-outil doté d'une surface de contre-étanchéité, l'outil (1) et le contre-outil étant disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle sorte qu'un espace est formé entre la surface d'étanchéité (2) et la surface de contre-étanchéité, l'outil (1) et/ou le contre-outil présentant au moins une rainure (3) destinée à recevoir le fil (13), et • c. faire passer les deuxièmes sections de bande de matériau (11, 12) et le fil (13) à travers l'espace entre la surface d'étanchéité (2) de l'outil (1) et la contre-surface dans une direction d'alimentation, le fil (13) étant guidé à travers la rainure (3) de la surface d'étanchéité (2) et/ou le contre-outil de telle sorte que les deux sections de bande de matériau (11, 12) sont soudées ensemble sur deux surfaces de connexion. Le fil (13) est disposé entre les deux surfaces de connexion de telle sorte qu'une connexion par complémentarité de forme est réalisée entre le fil (13) et les sections de bande de matériau (11, 12) dans une première direction et dans une seconde direction perpendiculaire à celle-ci. La section transversale du fil (13) par rapport à une section transversale de la rainure (3) pendant le traitement est sélectionnée de telle sorte que, lors de l'étape c, une section externe du fil (13) est également soudée aux sections de bande de matériau (11, 12) de telle sorte que la section externe du fil (13) est connectée de manière rigide aux deux sections de bande de matériau (11, 12).
