Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zur Verzinkung von Bauteilen, insbesondere metallischen Bauteilen in der diskontinuierlichen Verzinkung, wobei vor einer Aufbringung von Zink auf die Oberfläche der Bauteile in einem Zinkbad, mindestens eine Behandlung des Bauteils in einem Flussmittel-/Benetzungsbad, Flussmittelbad und/oder Benetzungsbad erfolgt, bei welchen auf der Oberfläche des mindestens einen Bauteils Bismut abgelagert wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung auch die Verwendung eines solchen Verfahrens sowie die mit einem solchen Verfahren hergestellten Bauteile.The present invention relates to a method and a system for galvanizing components, in particular metallic components, in discontinuous galvanizing, wherein before zinc is applied to the surface of the components in a zinc bath, at least one treatment of the component in a flux/wetting bath, flux bath and/or wetting bath takes place, in which bismuth is deposited on the surface of the at least one component.
