Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packaging arrangement, in particular with a foldable first receiving carrier, preferably for receiving, in particular individually or separately, a plurality of objects, as well as an outer packaging device for receiving this first receiving carrier.
- the present invention further relates to a system comprising an outer packaging device and at least one receiving carrier.
- receiving carriers are already known from the prior art and are used, for example, in Arts calendars, which can be filled with a large number of (usually different) objects (individually). It is conceivable that the Advent calendars are not only filled by a company, but also by the end user themselves and given away, for example.
- This receiving carrier is usually arranged in an outer packaging (referred to here as an outer packaging device), which has a large number of (usually 24) removal sections - as calendar doors.
- removal sections are in particular designed and suitable and intended to open the outer packaging so that in particular an object arranged in the receiving carrier can be removed.
- the objects with which the Arts calendars or the packaging devices and especially the recording media are equipped are diverse.
- Well-known examples include Sweets, such as chocolates, toys, cosmetics, but also tea, spices or seeds, for example for plants or vegetables.
- the receiving carrier has at least three side walls connected to one another via first folding points, wherein at least one side wall and preferably at least two side walls have at least one first receiving opening and in particular a plurality of receiving openings.
- the first inner receiving carrier is suitable and intended for accommodating a first partial number of the large number of objects and the receiving carrier has at least three side walls which are connected to one another via first folding points, of which a first side wall extends in a longitudinal direction and a first transverse direction in the assembled state and at least a second side wall and a third side wall extend in the longitudinal direction and a second transverse direction different from the first transverse direction, wherein the second side wall has at least one first receiving opening, preferably a large number of first receiving openings for accommodating objects and preferably the third side wall has at least one second receiving opening and preferably a large number of second receiving openings for accommodating objects and wherein the packaging arrangement has a second inner receiving carrier which is arranged within the outer packaging device.
- each receiving opening of the first receiving carrier serves to receive exactly one object.
- the objects are received at a distance from one another.
- the receiving openings are aligned parallel to one another.
- the receiving openings are arranged equidistant from one another.
- a packaging device and in particular a first receiving carrier and an outer packaging (or the outer packaging device) are provided, which can also be equipped with objects with a large cross-sectional area and at the same time ensure that the outer packaging is as space-saving as possible.
- the first receiving opening of the second side wall is arranged offset in relation to the longitudinal direction in the assembled state and/or in an unfolded state with respect to the at least one second receiving opening of the third side wall and preferably with respect to the plurality of second receiving openings of the third side wall (in each case).
- the first receiving opening of the second side wall is not offset relative to the second transverse direction relative to the at least one second receiving opening and preferably a plurality of second receiving openings of the third side wall.
- the first receiving opening of the second side wall and the at least one second receiving opening of the third side wall or the plurality of second Receiving openings are arranged substantially at the same location or width of the first receiving carrier with respect to the second transverse direction.
- a longitudinally offset arrangement is understood in particular to mean that the first receiving opening of the second side wall in the assembled state is arranged either in the longitudinal direction (preferably in its entirety) above or below the at least one second receiving opening of the third side wall (and/or a side wall of the receiving carrier) and preferably opposite the plurality of second receiving openings of the third side wall (and/or a side wall of the receiving carrier).
- no receiving opening is arranged on a (side) wall and/or inner wall opposite the first receiving opening at the height of this first receiving opening (in relation to the longitudinal direction).
- a continuous, in particular uninterrupted wall section is provided on a wall opposite the first receiving opening, in particular an inner wall, at the height of this first receiving opening in relation to the longitudinal direction.
- the offset arrangement offers the advantage that an object received in a first receiving opening can be supported by an opposite wall of the first receiving carrier.
- a wall opposite the second side wall with the first receiving opening advantageously serves not only to receive objects, but also as a support element for an object that is received in a first receiving opening of the second side wall. This advantageously enables a space-saving design of the first receiving carrier, since no additional support wall needs to be provided.
- the first, in particular foldable, first receiving carrier can be equipped with a plurality of objects.
- objects are preferably portable objects and particularly preferably flat objects, for example flat bags and/or rectangular bags.
- an object can be a packaging with tea, such as paper sleeves with a tea bag or bags with loose tea, with spices and/or with seeds.
- the objects are each received in a separate receiving opening.
- the first receiving carrier has a (separate) receiving opening for each object to be received, which are spaced apart from one another (in pairs relative to one another).
- each receiving opening is designed and suitable and intended to receive an object which has a height that is less than 10 cm, preferably less than 5 cm, preferably less than 2 cm and particularly preferably less than 1 cm, and/or which has a depth that is preferably less than 12 cm, preferably less than 10 cm, preferably less than 8 cm and preferably less than 7 cm and particularly preferably less than 5 cm.
- the object preferably has a width that is less than 8 cm, preferably less than 7 cm and particularly preferably less than 5 cm.
- the first support (and particularly preferably also the second support) is made from a single (and uniform) workpiece, for example from a single box or cardboard.
- the support in the unfolded state is a punched part.
- the support in its unfolded state is made from a (single and uniform) workpiece, in particular with the aid of a cutting pattern, preferably in exactly one process cut such as punching.
- the first support (and preferably also the second support) extends in its unfolded state (preferably in its entirety) in one plane.
- the final state or the assembled or folded state of the first support is created (exclusively) by folding (and locking).
- the assembled or folded state of the first support has no material connection.
- the first support carrier has a base section, preferably a base wall, on which the first support carrier can stand in the assembled state (for example on a horizontal base plane).
- the longitudinal direction extends in particular parallel to a vertical direction, preferably starting from a base section of the container to a further end section of the support carrier, for example a lid side.
- the first transverse direction extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the second transverse direction extends substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the first transverse direction extends substantially perpendicular to the second transverse direction.
- each of the first receiving openings of the second side wall is arranged offset in relation to each of the second receiving openings of the third side wall in the assembled state and/or in an unfolded state in relation to the longitudinal direction.
- no (first) receiving opening of the second side wall (in the assembled state) is opposite a (second) receiving opening of the third side wall.
- At least one wall of the first receiving carrier extending in the longitudinal direction is designed and suitable and intended to limit a degree of freedom of movement of an object in at least one direction, in particular along the first transverse direction, wherein the object is received in a, in particular arbitrary, first receiving opening and/or a, in particular arbitrary, second receiving opening.
- the first receiving carrier has a wall which can at least partially receive at least one object received in a second receiving opening, which can serve as a stop for an object received in a first receiving opening of the second side wall.
- This wall can be the third side wall or a further wall, in particular an inner wall of the receiving carrier, which preferably runs essentially parallel to the third side wall and is preferably arranged between the first and the second side wall.
- an object which is received (in particular horizontally) in a first receiving opening of the second side wall strikes this wall when moving in a first transverse direction and/or towards the third side wall. This prevents further movement of the object in this direction and particularly preferably prevents the object from slipping out or sliding down from the first receiving opening and in particular from subsequently falling down (into the interior of the receiving carrier).
- At least one and preferably every first receiving opening and/or at least one and preferably every second receiving opening has a receiving section which extends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and which preferably lies in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the plane is preferably a horizontal plane when the receiving carrier is in the upright state.
- a plane pivoted by an angle which is smaller than 45°, preferably smaller than 30° and particularly preferably smaller than 15° is also conceivable.
- the object to be picked up rests at least partially on the receiving section (the respective receiving opening) in a picked-up state of the object.
- the receiving section in each case, extends in at least two dimensions, which preferably lie in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the receiving section is formed by at least two and preferably by at least three (adjacent) walls, in particular side walls and/or inner walls, preferably by opening limits in these walls, of the receiving carrier, wherein the walls are connected to one another in particular via folds.
- two of these walls are arranged substantially parallel to one another, wherein they preferably extend in a second transverse direction (as well as in the longitudinal direction).
- the walls forming the receiving section have an opening through which the object can be guided.
- This opening can be completely delimited by these walls, i.e. in particular in and opposite to the second transverse direction and in and opposite to the longitudinal direction.
- the first receiving carrier has at least and in particular exactly two openings through which the support section of a first or a second receiving opening (preferably in each case) is formed.
- these are elongated openings, in particular slot-like openings.
- the two openings are each arranged in different walls of the receiving carrier, which are preferably arranged substantially parallel to one another in the assembled state of the receiving carrier.
- the two walls, in each of which an opening involved in the formation of the opening or the support section is arranged are connected to one another via a further wall, in particular a side wall, of the receiving carrier (and via two folding points).
- the (each) (first and/or second) receiving opening and/or the support section is formed in the unfolded state of the receiving carrier by (exactly) one - in particular elongated and/or slot-shaped or slot-like - opening, which particularly preferably extends over at least three adjacent walls connected to one another by folds. In the folded state or assembled state, this results in an opening which is only limited in the longitudinal direction and against the longitudinal direction and along (or against) the second transverse direction, but is open to the outside in the opposite latter direction (i.e. either against (or along) the second transverse direction).
- the support section is preferably designed as part of a recess in the receiving carrier.
- all first receiving openings have the same shape.
- all second receiving openings have the same shape.
- the (each) first receiving opening in the unfolded state of the receiving carrier, has an axially symmetrical shape with respect to a central axis (parallel to the longitudinal direction) of the receiving carrier in the unfolded state (which corresponds in particular to a central axis of the first side wall) (although with a different arrangement with respect to the longitudinal direction).
- the (each) first receiving opening within the second side wall and/or the (each) second receiving opening within the third side wall has an extension in the second transverse direction (in the folded state) of at least 2 cm, preferably at least 4 cm, preferably at least 5 cm and particularly preferably at least 6 cm.
- the first and/or the second receiving opening has an extension in the longitudinal direction of at least 0.5 cm, preferably at least 0.7 cm and particularly preferably at least 1 cm.

- a first and/or second receiving opening extends over at least two and preferably over at least three side walls, it preferably has, in the unfolded state (or the receiving opening in the cutting pattern of the receiving carrier), an extension in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of at least 8 cm, preferably at least 10 cm, preferably at least 12 cm and particularly preferably at least 14 cm.
- the foldable receiving carrier has at least two, preferably at least four and particularly preferably at least six first and/or second receiving openings.
- a cover element and/or a base element (via a folding point) is preferably arranged on the first side wall of the receiving carrier, which is arranged between the second and the third side wall of the receiving carrier, wherein the cover element and/or base element is arranged (essentially exclusively) in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis in a folded state of the receiving carrier.
- the base element and/or cover element advantageously contributes to the stability of the receiving carrier.
- the base element and/or the cover element has (substantially) the same extent as that of the second and/or third side wall when viewed in the second transverse direction.
- This offers the advantage that the object to be received in a first and/or second receiving opening can be accommodated with the narrowest possible support surface (viewed in the first transverse direction) or the smallest possible extension of the support section viewed in the first transverse direction. can be positioned as close as possible to its centre of gravity on the support section.
- the cover element and/or the base element has a tab by means of which the cover element or the base element in its folded state can be fastened in a frictionally locking and/or positively locking manner to a fastening section of a wall, in particular an inner wall, which has at least one support section of a first and/or second receiving opening.

- the first and/or second and/or third side wall and/or a fourth wall extending in the longitudinal direction of the first receiving carrier and/or a fifth wall extending in the longitudinal direction of the first receiving carrier have the same height (seen in the longitudinal direction) and/or a height (seen in the longitudinal direction) of at least 10 cm, preferably at least 10 cm and particularly preferably of at least 26 cm.
- the first and/or second and/or third side wall and/or the fourth wall extending in the longitudinal direction of the first receiving carrier and/or the fifth wall extending in the longitudinal direction of the receiving carrier have a height (seen in the longitudinal direction) of at most 40 cm, preferably at most 30 cm and particularly preferably at most 28 cm.
- the first foldable receiving carrier has at least one handle opening and preferably at least two handle openings, which are preferably arranged on the cover element and have a diameter in the range between 1 cm and 3 cm and preferably between 2 cm and 3 cm and particularly preferably of substantially 2.5 cm in at least one dimension, preferably in at least two dimensions.
- This handle opening(s) is preferably designed to be substantially circular.
- Such a handle opening offers the advantage that the first receiving carrier can be pulled out of an outer packaging in a user-friendly manner (with the help of a finger).
- at least one handle opening is arranged with respect to the first transverse direction between the walls forming a support section (for an object to be received in the first receiving opening).
- at least one handle opening is arranged with respect to the first transverse direction between the walls forming a support section (for an object to be received in the second receiving opening).

- the support element is preferably spaced from an (inner) wall which has a support section for an object to be received in a first or second receiving opening.
- the support element is preferably arranged symmetrically and/or centrally with respect to the first transverse direction within the receiving carrier. In a further advantageous embodiment, the support element is spaced from the first and/or second receiving opening.
- the support element is designed such that (at least) a first object received in a first receiving opening can protrude through the support element (seen in the first transverse direction) (for example through an opening or a recess in the support element), while (at least) a second object received in a first receiving opening cannot protrude through the support element and/or is limited by the support element in the first transverse direction and/or is supported by the support element.
- the support element is designed such that (at least) a first object received in a second receiving opening can protrude through the support element (seen in the first transverse direction) (for example through an opening or a recess in the support element), while (at least) a second object received in a second receiving opening cannot protrude through the support element and/or is limited by the support element in the first transverse direction and/or is supported by the support element.
- This offers the advantage that (especially optionally and/or variably) objects of different sizes (or different extensions) can be to the first transverse direction in a state recorded in a recording opening).
- the support element can be (repeatedly) detachably arranged in the receiving carrier and/or fixed in a frictional and/or force-fitting manner.

- the outer packaging device preferably has at least three and preferably four side walls which are connected to one another via folds and extend in the longitudinal direction, wherein two of these side walls have a plurality of openable and in particular resealable removal sections.
- At least one removal section and preferably the plurality of removal sections of one side wall are arranged offset relative to the plurality of removal sections of the other side wall in relation to the longitudinal direction, wherein preferably the plurality of removal sections of one side wall are not arranged offset relative to the plurality of removal sections of the other side wall when viewed in a transverse direction (which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction).
- the side walls are opposite (outer) side walls.
- the two side walls are arranged substantially parallel to one another.
- the outer packaging device (also referred to as outer packaging in the context of this description) is designed in such a way that when a receiving carrier is received, in particular when two receiving carriers are received, each first and/or second receiving opening of the receiving carrier (or the receiving carriers) has at least and preferably exactly one removal section is provided. After opening the removal section, an object received in a (first or second) receiving opening can preferably be removed from the receiving carrier and in particular from the outer packaging device through the opening created at the location of the removal section.
- At least one removal section and preferably the removal sections, in particular each, are formed by perforation of a side wall or by at least one perforation line in a side wall (in the unopened state).
- the plurality of removal sections of one and in particular of each side wall are arranged in at least two rows.
- a row of removal sections is understood to mean a plurality of removal sections which, viewed in the longitudinal direction, are arranged in pairs to one another, essentially (directly) one below the other and, in particular, are not offset from one another, viewed in a transverse direction.
- at least the removal sections of one row and the removal sections of a second row of a side wall are arranged in pairs to one another, offset from one another, viewed in the longitudinal direction. This offers the advantage that two identical (and not axially symmetrical to one another) receiving carriers can be used.
- At least one removal section of a first row of removal sections and at least one removal section in a second row of removal sections of a side wall are not arranged offset from one another when viewed in the longitudinal direction and are arranged in particular at the same height of the outer packaging device or outer packaging when viewed in the longitudinal direction.

- the two cover elements can preferably be opened and/or closed independently of one another.
- a receiving carrier and preferably both receiving carriers can be inserted into the outer packaging device or outer packaging through the opened cover element and/or removed from the outer packaging device or outer packaging. This makes it easier or possible to load the individual receiving openings of the receiving carrier(s) with objects.
- the outer packaging device is preferably made from a single (and uniform) workpiece, such as a single box or cardboard.
- the outer packaging device in the unfolded state is preferably a punched part.
- the outer packaging device in its unfolded state is produced from a (single and uniform) workpiece, in particular with the aid of a cutting pattern, preferably in exactly one process cut such as punching.
- the outer packaging device in its unfolded state preferably extends (preferably in its entirety) in one plane.
- the final state or the assembled state of the outer packaging device is preferably created (exclusively) by folding.
- the outer packaging device and/or at least one receiving carrier is made of a material selected from a group comprising paper, cardboard, paperboard and combinations thereof.
- the outer packaging device completely surrounds the first inner receiving carrier. This is therefore preferably arranged within the outer packaging device. It is possible for the first inner receiving carrier to be fixed relative to the outer packaging device, for example glued to it at one or more positions.
- the outer packaging device has a plurality of desired opening areas and/or removal sections which can be opened in order to form through openings. Preferably, these removal sections can also be closed again.
- the first inner receiving carrier has essentially identical objects or geometrically identical objects. This means that the receiving recesses of the first receiving carrier are intended to receive a large number of identical products and/or objects.
- the second inner receiving carrier has at least one receiving opening for receiving a second partial number of the objects.
- a receiving opening or a receiving volume is formed which can hold at least two, preferably at least three objects.
- This receiving volume is preferably designed without intermediate walls or the like, so that the other objects preferably lie directly next to one another.
- care can be taken when loading the device, for example, to place three objects in the storage volume, each with an ascending number from bottom to top.
- care can be taken when loading the device, for example, to place three objects in the storage volume, each with an ascending number from bottom to top.
- the second inner receiving carrier has at least two, preferably at least three and particularly preferably four side walls and particularly preferably a bottom wall, which surround or delimit a receiving volume for receiving the second partial number of objects.
- two side walls lying opposite one another each have a recess on their side opposite the bottom wall.
- This recess preferably has a rectangular profile.
- this recess takes up a surface area of less than 40%, preferably less than 30%, preferably less than 20% and preferably less than 10%, based on a surface area of the side wall.
- this surface area is greater than 1%, preferably greater than 2%, preferably greater than 5%.
- this recess is formed on a bottom side of each of these side walls. These recesses preferably serve to make it easier for the user to remove objects (in particular through the external receiving device).
- the receiving opening is formed on the remaining side of the inner receiving carrier.
- the bottom wall itself is a wall formed by folding.
- the second (inner) receiving carrier has a substantially cuboid shape.
- the other walls enclose the said receiving volume completely or substantially completely.
- the cross sections of the receiving openings of the first receiving carrier and the cross section of the at least one receiving opening of the second receiving carrier differ.
- at least one receiving opening of the second receiving carrier and in particular the receiving opening of the second receiving carrier has a larger cross section than the receiving openings of the first receiving carrier.
- the receiving opening of the second receiving carrier is covered by a wall of the outer packaging device.
- the receiving opening is covered entirely or completely by the said wall of the outer receiving device.
- a removal section of the external receiving device By opening a removal section of the external receiving device, preferably at least a part of the receiving opening of the second receiving carrier is exposed and in particular exactly a part of the receiving opening of the second receiving carrier.
- the area of the external recording device that can be opened corresponds to a cross-section of an object to be removed, or is slightly larger than this object. In this way, the user can remove an object, but other objects remain in the recording volume.
- the second receiving carrier has a receiving volume and/or a receiving space for receiving at least one object and preferably for receiving at least two objects and preferably for receiving at least three objects.
- the objects can only be removed from the receiving space in a predetermined order.
- the objects are labeled with certain numbers right from the start, which represent, for example, the days of an Advent calendar and can be removed in this order in particular.
- the first receiving carrier is arranged above the second receiving carrier.
- heavier objects will be located in the second receiving carrier than in the first receiving carrier. Therefore, it appears to be better, particularly in order to prevent the entire packaging arrangement from tipping over, if these heavy objects are located further down than the objects in the first receiving carrier.
- first inner receiving carrier, the second inner receiving carrier and/or the outer packaging device are (each) formed in one piece. This preferably means that these elements can be produced from a single object, for example a single folding box.
- the first inner receiving carrier, the second inner receiving carrier and/or the outer packaging device are each made of paper or cardboard or a paper-containing material.
- the entire packaging arrangement it is possible for the entire packaging arrangement to be disposed of uniformly, in particular if all of the above-mentioned elements are made of paper or cardboard.
- it preferably only consists of one material and in particular of a paper-containing material.
- the packaging arrangement has at least two and preferably exactly two first receiving carriers. These two first receiving carriers are preferably arranged next to one another. These two first receiving carriers are preferably arranged next to one another in such a way that their openings point in the same directions. In a further preferred embodiment, the at least two first receiving carriers are designed in the same way. These at least two receiving carriers particularly preferably have essentially the same dimensions.
- two first receiving carriers are arranged next to one another in such a way that the receiving openings of one of the two first receiving carriers are offset in the longitudinal direction relative to the receiving openings of the other of the two receiving carriers in the longitudinal direction.
- the packaging arrangement is an advent calendar.
- the present invention further relates to a kit for producing a packaging arrangement of the type described above for receiving a plurality of objects.
- the kit comprises a kit unit for an outer packaging device, at least one kit unit (and preferably two kit units) for a first (and preferably two) inner receiving carriers and at least one kit unit for a second inner receiving carrier.
- kit units or the two support carriers are first equipped with objects separately and then inserted into the outer packaging device.
- the outer packaging device preferably has a substantially cuboid shape.
- Fig. 1 shows a representation of a support 10 of an embodiment according to the invention in the unfolded state or a cutting pattern for a support 10.
- the reference symbol L indicates the longitudinal direction. This direction corresponds to the longitudinal direction of the support in the assembled state (cf. Fig. 3 ).
- the reference symbol Q2 designates a transverse direction which is preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L. For the adjacent (second) side wall 24 b, this direction Q2 corresponds to the second transverse direction which is defined for the assembled or folded state of the receiving carrier (cf. Fig. 3 ).
- the first receiving carrier has a first side wall 24a, which is rectangular in this case, and a second side wall 24b, which is particularly adjacent to the first side wall 24a and connected via a fold 22b, and which has a plurality (in this case six) first receiving openings 30b. Furthermore, the receiving carrier 10 has a third side wall 24c, which is particularly adjacent to the first side wall 24a and connected via a fold 22a, and which has a plurality (in this case six) second receiving openings 30c.
- first receiving openings 30b and the second receiving openings 30c of the third side wall 24c are arranged offset from one another in the longitudinal direction L.
- no first receiving opening 30b is arranged at the same height (seen in the longitudinal direction L) as the second receiving opening 30c.
- a further wall 24e or 24d is connected to the second side wall 24b and to the third side wall 24c via a narrower side wall 36 or 34 (seen in the transverse direction) connected via a fold 36a or 22c, respectively, again via a fold 36b or 22d.
- This further wall 24e (or 24d) preferably has (essentially) the same external dimensions and the same external, in particular rectangular, shape as the second side wall 24b (or the third side wall 24c).
- the further wall 24e which in the folded or assembled state represents an inner wall, preferably has a plurality of (here six) receiving openings 30e.
- a section of the boundaries of a receiving opening 30e of the further wall 24e forms (in each case) together with a section of the boundary of a first receiving opening 30b (at least in sections and preferably completely) a support section for an object to be received in the first receiving opening 30b.
- An object received therein preferably rests at least in sections (preferably exclusively) on this support section.
- a receiving opening 30e of the further wall 24e is arranged at the same height (seen in the longitudinal direction L) as a first receiving opening 30b of the second side wall 24b.
- the further wall 24d which in the folded or assembled state represents an inner wall, preferably has a plurality of (here six) receiving openings 30d.
- a section of the boundaries of a receiving opening 30d of the further wall 24d forms (in each case) together with a section of the boundary of a second receiving opening 30c (at least in sections and preferably completely) a support section for an object to be received in the second receiving opening 30c.
- An object received therein preferably rests at least in sections (preferably exclusively) on this support section.
- a receiving opening 30d of the further wall 24d is arranged at the same height (seen in the longitudinal direction L) as a second receiving opening 30c of the third side wall 24c.
- the further wall 24d and 24e can (each) have several fastening tabs and/or fastening sections.
- the two further walls 24d and 24e each have an elongated fastening tab on three sides.
- the first side wall 24a is connected to a cover element 42 via a folding point and to a base element 26 via the folding point 28.
- a tab for fastening or fixing the assembled state or a folded state of the cover element 42 or base element 26 is arranged on both the cover element 42 and the base element 26 (in the longitudinal direction or against the longitudinal direction).
- the tab of the cover element 42 can - as here in Fig. 1 shown - have a projection which can engage in a recess, also shown, on an upper side of the first wall 24a.
- the tab of the base element 26 - as here in Fig. 1 shown - have an (elongated) projection which can engage in a recess (also shown) on a lower side of the first wall 24a.
- the cover element 42 has two (here approximately finger-sized) grip openings 40 for easier removal of the receiving carrier 10 from an outer packaging.
- Fig. 2 shows a representation of a (rectangular here) support element 50 in the unfolded state or a cutting pattern for a support element 50.
- a lower and an upper (preferably rectangular) section 54 can be folded along the fold 52, in particular at right angles to the remaining middle section of the support element 50.
- the reference number 56 designates a tab or a fastening section of the support element, which is only connected to the support element along the fold 52, while the solid line represents a completely severed (punched) line.
- This tab is preferably folded in the folded or assembled state (as well as in a state arranged or fixed to the receiving carrier) towards the side opposite the lower section 54 (or upper section 54) and particularly preferably at a right angle to the middle section of the support element 50. This advantageously allows a frictional arrangement and/or fixation of the support element in the receiving carrier 10 to be achieved.
- Fig. 3 shows a representation of a recording medium 10 according to the embodiment according to Fig. 1 in the folded or assembled state with the support element 50 arranged.
- the support element in the folded or assembled state has a substantially cuboid or cuboid-like shape.
- the reference number 26 designates the base element on which the support 10 stands in the upright state on a horizontal plane or standing surface.
- the reference number L designates the longitudinal direction, which at the same time represents the main direction of extension of the support.
- the longitudinal direction extends from the base element in the direction of the cover element and, in the upright state, represents a vertical to a horizontal plane or standing surface.
- the first transverse direction Q1 and the second transverse direction Q2 are each perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and are preferably also perpendicular to one another (in the assembled state or folded state).
- first side wall 24a in the longitudinal direction and in the first transverse direction Q1.
- second and third side walls (24b, c) extend not only in the longitudinal direction, but also in the second transverse direction Q2.
- the main extension direction of the first receiving opening 30b and the receiving opening 30d of the further wall is also along the second transverse direction Q2.
- This further wall with receiving openings 30d is in the Fig. 3 shown folded state, an inner wall of the receiving carrier 10.
- a (narrow here) side wall 34 is provided, which preferably extends along the first transverse direction Q1.
- a (narrow here) side wall 36 is also provided with respect to the second side wall with first receiving openings 30b, which serves as a spacer to a further wall or inner wall with a plurality of receiving openings 30e (in Fig. 3 not visible).
- the support section for the objects to be received is formed by a first or second receiving opening in a side wall and a receiving opening in a further wall or inner wall.
- a single opening is used, which extends from the second or third side wall 24b or 24c across the (narrow) side wall 36 or 34 into the further wall or inner wall 24e or 24d.
- a respective lower boundary of such a receiving opening then forms the support section for the object to be received.
- the Fig. 4a - 4e show five views of a combination of two first recording media 10 and a second recording media 110.
- the two first recording media are in Fig. 4a arranged one behind the other.
- the two first support carriers 10 are each arranged on the second support carrier.
- the two side walls 36 of the front first support carrier can be seen.
- the outer packaging device is not shown in the figures. This preferably has a cuboid-shaped profile, wherein the outer packaging device completely surrounds the two first receiving carriers and the second receiving carrier.
- the edges of the lid element are supported against the inner walls of the outer packaging device (not shown).
- Figure 4a the objects of the first partial number of objects can preferably be removed from the left-hand receiving carrier in the direction of arrow P1 and from the right-hand receiving carrier in the direction of arrow P2.
- the objects can be removed from the second receiving carrier 110 in the direction P3.
- all removal directions in which the objects can be removed from the packaging arrangement are parallel to one another.
- the removal directions in which the objects can be removed from the first receiving carriers are opposite to one another (parallel).
- Fig. 4b shows a front view of the assembly. Here you can see that the receiving openings 30b of the Fig. 4b right support in the longitudinal direction opposite the receiving openings 30c of the Fig. 4b shown left support.
- the second receiving carrier 110 has two side walls 122b, 122d, a base 122c and a cover wall 122a, which together surround a receiving volume for receiving the objects (not shown).
- the reference number 124 designates a rear wall of the second receiving carrier.
- the reference numeral 126 designates a recess which is arranged in the side wall 122b and which serves for removing objects.
- three objects could be arranged in the receiving volume, whereby only the bottom one can be grasped from the outside and the remaining objects slide down after this bottom object is removed.
- Fig. 4c you can see the back wall, which is preferably designed as a folding floor.
- the Fig. 4d and 4e show two perspective views of the Fig. 4a - 4c shown composition. Here you can also see the recording volume 125 of the second recording medium 110.
- the Fig. 5a - 5c show three side views of the outer packaging device 100. This preferably has a cuboid shape with four side walls 102a - 102d.
- the side wall 102a is a front wall and side wall 102c is a rear wall.
- a plurality of removal sections 104, 105 are arranged in the rear wall 102c, wherein the removal sections 105 are preferably offset from the removal sections 104 in the longitudinal direction of the outer packaging device.
- the reference number 104a designates an optional engagement section, by means of which an easier opening of the removal section 105 associated therewith is possible.
- a plurality of removal sections 106, 107 are also provided on the front wall, wherein the removal sections 107 are preferably offset from the removal sections 106 in the longitudinal direction of the outer packaging device.
- the opening 108 can also be seen, which allows access to objects 50 located in the second receiving carrier 110.
- This opening 108 also has a recess in the side walls 102b and 102d (not shown), which facilitate the removal of the object 50.
- the reference number 112 designates a lid section of the outer packaging device 110.
- the outer packaging device here has a total of 24 removal sections 104, 105, 106, 107 and also has the opening 108, which allows access to three further objects. It would be possible for the packaging arrangement to contain more than 24 objects, for example if additional gifts are desired on certain days such as December 24th.
- the first carrier shown in the previous figures is not completely equipped with objects, since further objects may still be located in the second carrier.
