Claims (14)
- Pull-out guide (1) having a guide rail (2) which can be fixed to a furniture body, a middle rail (3) which is mounted displaceably on the guide rail (2), and a running rail (4) which is mounted displaceably on the middle rail (3) and on which a pushing element can be fixed, wherein a first front rolling element cage (5) with first front rolling elements (6) and a first rear rolling element cage (7) with first rear rolling elements (8) is provided at the guide rail (2), whereby the middle rail (3) is displaceable relative to the guide rail (2) via the first front and rear rolling elements (6, 8), and a second front rolling element cage (9) with second front rolling elements (10) and a second rear rolling element cage (11) with second rear rolling elements (12) is provided on the middle rail (3), which serve to displaceably hold the running rail (4) at the middle rail (3), wherein at least one support element (13) is arranged movably on the middle rail (3) between the running rail (4) and the middle rail (3), which, when the running rail (4) is moved in a pull-out direction, limits a rear lifting of the running rail (4) when a tipping point is reached, wherein the support element (13) has a guide part (23) and a support part (19) adjacent thereto, wherein the support element (13) is formed as a rotatably mounted roller separate from the rolling element cage (11) with rolling elements (12), characterized in that and in that the guide part (23) of the support element (13) is guided displaceably on a guide (14) on the middle rail (3).

- Pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a support distance (L) between a foremost second front rolling element (10) in the pull-out direction between the middle rail (3) and the running rail (4) and a contact surface of the support element (13) in the pull-out direction remains substantially constant during a pull-out movement.
- Pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support element (13) is guided displaceably in the pull-out direction with a further component (11) movable relative to the middle rail, the support element (13) absorbing in the guide (14) a tipping moment of the support part (19) during the displacement.
- Pull-out guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support element (13) is arranged separately from a second front rolling element cage (9) with second front rolling elements (10) and a second rear rolling element cage (11) with second rear rolling elements (12) between the running rail (4) and the middle rail (3), and the support element (13) is movable together with the second rear rolling element cage (11).
- Pull-out guide according to claim 6, characterized in that the support element (13) is moved in synchronization with the second rear rolling element cage (11), for example with a cable pull.
