Claims (11)

  1. Paquet rigide (10) pour articles à fumer (500) avec une section transversale polygonale comprenant :
    - un contenant (11) présentant une paroi avant (13) de contenant et une paroi arrière (14) de contenant opposée, une première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et une seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant opposées et se faisant face et une paroi inférieure (17) disposée perpendiculairement à la première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et à la seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant, ledit contenant (11) définissant une cavité interne (18) configurée pour loger lesdits articles à fumer (500) ;
    - un couvercle refermable (12) présentant une paroi avant (19) de couvercle, une première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et une seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle opposées et se faisant face, et une paroi supérieure (22) disposée perpendiculairement à la première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et à la seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle, ledit couvercle (12) étant articulé sur le contenant (11) afin de tourner entre une position fermée pour empêcher l'accès à l'intérieur du contenant (11) et une position ouverte pour permettre l'accès à l'intérieur du contenant (11), dans lequel lorsque le couvercle (12) est dans ladite position fermée :
    - ladite paroi supérieure (22) est située en regard de ladite paroi inférieure (17),
    - ladite paroi avant (19) de couvercle avec ladite paroi avant (13) de contenant se situent sur un plan avant commun (P1) de paquet,
    - ladite première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle avec ladite première paroi latérale (15) de contenant se situent sur un premier plan latéral commun (P3) de paquet,
    - ladite seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle avec ladite seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant se situent sur un seconde plan latéral commun (P4) de paquet,
    dans lequel ledit couvercle (12) inclut au moins une partie amovible (24) définie par une ligne de déchirure (25) et s'étendant à partir d'un bord du couvercle (12), ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) étant uniquement reliée au contenant (11) par collage et étant un prolongement de ladite première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et/ou de ladite seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle, et dans lequel ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) présente une conformation sensiblement triangulaire et est délimitée sur le périmètre par un premier bord (24a) de partie amovible le long de la ligne de déchirure (25), un deuxième bord (24b) de partie amovible qui rencontre un bord supérieur de la première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et un troisième bord (24c) de partie amovible sensiblement parallèle à un bord formé entre les première et/ou seconde parois latérales (15, 16) de contenant et la paroi arrière (14) de contenant avant la première ouverture du paquet, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxième et troisième bords (24b, 24c) de partie amovible se rencontrent en formant un coin arrondi, de manière à créer une partie de préhension (24d) comprenant ledit coin arrondi, ladite partie de préhension (24d) étant facilement soulevée avec un doigt pour permettre de détacher ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) du contenant (11) avant que ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) ne soit arrachée du couvercle (12) le long de ladite ligne de déchirure (25) respective lors de la première ouverture du paquet (10).
  2. Paquet (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première paroi latérale (15) de contenant inclut une première paroi latérale interne (15a) de contenant et une première paroi latérale externe (15b) de contenant reliées entre elles et se chevauchant l'une l'autre, et ladite seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant inclut une seconde paroi latérale interne (16a) de contenant et une seconde paroi latérale externe (16b) de contenant reliées entre elles et se chevauchant l'une l'autre, ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) étant collée sur la première paroi latérale interne (15a) de contenant et/ou sur la seconde paroi latérale interne (16a) de contenant.
  3. Paquet (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et ladite seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle avec respectivement ladite première paroi latérale externe (15b) de contenant et ladite seconde paroi latérale externe (16b) de contenant se situent respectivement sur le premier plan latéral commun (P3) de paquet et sur le second plan latéral commun (P4) de paquet.
  4. Paquet (10) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et/ou seconde parois latérales internes (15a, 16a) de contenant présentent une zone (15d, 16d) non occupée par la partie amovible (24) à proximité de ladite partie de préhension (24d) de la partie amovible (24) avant la première ouverture du paquet (10).
  5. Paquet (10) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième bord (24b) de partie amovible rencontre un premier bord supérieur (15c) de la première paroi latérale externe de contenant et/ou un deuxième bord supérieur (16c) de la seconde paroi latérale externe (16c) de contenant avant la première ouverture du paquet (10).
  6. Paquet (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2-5, caractérisé en ce que ledit bord supérieur des première et/ou seconde parois latérales externes (15c, 16c) de contenant comprend un premier segment (15c') présentant la même inclinaison que des premier et/ou deuxième bords latéraux libres (20a, 21a) de couvercle, de manière à définir une butée latérale pour ledit couvercle (12) en position fermée, et un second segment (15c"), présentant une inclinaison différente par rapport à l'inclinaison dudit premier segment (15c'), sensiblement égale à celle dudit deuxième bord (24b) de partie amovible, avant la première ouverture du paquet (10), c'est-à-dire avant que ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) ne soit arrachée du couvercle (12), lesdits premier et second segments (15c', 15c") du bord supérieur des première et/ou seconde parois latérales externes (15c, 16c) de contenant étant inclinés de manière spéculaire, l'un par rapport à l'autre, à partir d'un sommet commun (V) d'un angle d'inclinaison (α) par rapport à un axe vertical passant par ledit sommet commun (V).
  7. Paquet (10) selon une quelconque revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle inclut une première paroi latérale interne (20b) et une première paroi latérale externe (20c) de couvercle reliées l'une à l'autre et se chevauchant l'une l'autre, et ladite seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle inclut une seconde paroi latérale interne (21b) de couvercle et une seconde paroi latérale externe (21c) de couvercle reliées l'une à l'autre et se chevauchant l'une l'autre, ladite ligne de déchirure (25) étant définie sur au moins l'une de ladite première paroi latérale externe (20c) de couvercle ou de ladite seconde paroi latérale externe (21c) de couvercle.
  8. Paquet (10) selon une quelconque revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier bord (24a) de partie amovible, qui avant que la partie amovible (24) ne soit arrachée du couvercle (12) se trouve sur la ligne de déchirure (25), présente une longueur plus courte que celle d'un premier bord latéral libre (20a) de couvercle et/ou d'un deuxième bord latéral libre (21a) de couvercle duquel s'étend ladite partie amovible (24).
  9. Paquet (10) selon une quelconque revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le coin arrondi formé entre lesdits deuxième et troisième bords (24b, 24c) de partie amovible présente un rayon de courbure compris entre 1 et 4 mm.
  10. Paquet rigide (100) pour articles à fumer (500) avec une section transversale polygonale comprenant :
    - un contenant (11) présentant une paroi avant (13) de contenant et une paroi arrière (14) de contenant opposée, une première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et une seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant opposées et se faisant face, et une paroi inférieure (17) disposée perpendiculairement à la première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et à la seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant, ledit contenant (11) définissant une cavité interne (18) configurée pour loger lesdits articles à fumer (500) ;
    - un couvercle refermable (12) présentant une paroi avant (19) de couvercle, une première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et une seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle opposées et se faisant face, et une paroi supérieure (22) disposée perpendiculairement à la première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et à la seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle, ledit couvercle (12) étant articulé sur le contenant (11) afin de tourner entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, dans lequel lorsque le couvercle (12) est dans ladite position fermée :
    - ladite paroi supérieure (22) est située en regard de ladite paroi inférieure (17),
    - ladite paroi avant (19) de couvercle avec ladite paroi avant (13) de contenant se situent sur un plan avant commun (P1) de paquet,
    - ladite première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle avec ladite première paroi latérale (15) de contenant se situent sur un premier plan latéral commun (P3) de paquet,
    - ladite seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle avec ladite seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant se situent sur un seconde plan latéral commun (P4) de paquet,
    - un collier (27) situé à l'intérieur dudit contenant (11) et présentant une paroi avant (28) de collier, une première paroi latérale (29) de collier et une seconde paroi latérale (30) de collier opposée respectivement en contact avec la paroi avant (13) de contenant, avec la première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et avec la seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant, dans lequel ledit collier (27) présente au moins une partie saillante (32) de collier qui fait saillie du contenant (11), dans lequel ledit couvercle (12) inclut au moins une partie amovible (24) définie par une ligne de déchirure (25) s'étendant à partir d'un bord du couvercle (12), ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) étant reliée à ladite au moins une partie saillante (32) de collier par collage et étant un prolongement de ladite première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et/ou de ladite seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle, et dans lequel ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) présente une conformation sensiblement triangulaire et est délimitée sur le périmètre par un premier bord (24a) de partie amovible le long de la ligne de déchirure (25), un deuxième bord (24b) de partie amovible qui rencontre un bord supérieur de la première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et un troisième bord (24c) de partie amovible sensiblement parallèle à un bord formé entre la première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et la paroi arrière (14) de contenant avant la première ouverture du paquet, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxième et troisième bords (24b, 24c) de partie amovible se rencontrent en formant un coin arrondi, de manière à créer une partie de préhension (24d) comprenant ledit coin arrondi, ladite partie de préhension (24d) étant facilement soulevée avec un doigt pour permettre de détacher ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) du collier (32) avant que ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) ne soit arrachée du couvercle (12) le long de ladite ligne de déchirure (25) respective lors de la première ouverture du paquet (100).
  11. Ébauche (200, 300 ; 400) pour produire un paquet rigide (10 ; 100) pour articles à fumer (500) avec une section transversale polygonale constituée d'une seule pièce et comprenant :
    - un panneau avant (213) de contenant destiné à former une paroi avant (13) de contenant, et un panneau arrière (214) de contenant destiné à former une paroi arrière (14) de contenant à disposer en regard de ladite paroi avant (13) de contenant, un panneau inférieur (217) étant interposé entre ledit panneau avant (213) de contenant et ledit panneau arrière (214) de contenant, destiné à former une paroi inférieure (17), un premier panneau latéral externe (215b) de contenant et un second panneau latéral externe (216b) de contenant étant présents sur les flancs dudit panneau avant (213) de contenant respectivement, et un premier panneau latéral interne (215a) de contenant et un second panneau latéral interne (216a) de contenant étant présents sur les flancs du panneau arrière (214) de contenant respectivement, dans lequel le chevauchement et le collage respectivement entre le premier panneau latéral interne (215a) de contenant et le premier panneau latéral externe (215b) de contenant, et entre le second panneau latéral interne (216a) de contenant et le second panneau latéral externe (216b) de contenant sont destinés à former respectivement une première paroi latérale (15) de contenant et une seconde paroi latérale (16) de contenant à disposer en regard l'une de l'autre et perpendiculairement à la paroi inférieure (17) de manière à créer un contenant (11) définissant une cavité interne (18) configurée pour loger des articles à fumer (500) ;
    - un panneau avant (219) de couvercle destiné à former une paroi avant (19) de couvercle, un premier panneau latéral (220) de couvercle et un second panneau latéral (221) de couvercle sont présents sur les flancs du panneau avant (219) de couvercle respectivement, destinés à former respectivement une première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et une seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle à disposer en regard l'une de l'autre, et un panneau supérieur (222) destiné à former une paroi supérieure (22) à disposer perpendiculairement à la première paroi latérale (20) de couvercle et à la seconde paroi latérale (21) de couvercle, ledit panneau supérieur (222) étant interposé entre ledit panneau arrière (214) de contenant et ledit panneau avant (219) de couvercle, une ligne d'articulation (26) de couvercle étant située sur le panneau arrière (214) de contenant,
    - au moins une partie amovible (24) définie par une ligne de déchirure (25) et s'étendant à partir d'un bord d'au moins l'un dudit premier panneau latéral (220) de couvercle ou dudit second panneau latéral (221) de couvercle, ladite au moins une partie amovible (24) présentant une conformation sensiblement triangulaire délimitée sur le périmètre par un premier bord (24a) de partie amovible le long de la ligne de déchirure (25), un deuxième bord (24b) de partie amovible destiné à rencontrer un bord incliné dudit premier panneau latéral interne (215a) de contenant et/ou dudit second panneau latéral interne (216a) de contenant et d'un troisième bord (24c) de partie amovible destiné à être disposé, avant la première ouverture du paquet, sensiblement parallèle à une ligne de pliage (L) qui sépare le panneau arrière (214) de contenant dudit premier panneau latéral interne (215a) de contenant et/ou dudit second panneau latéral interne (216a) de contenant, caractérisée en ce que lesdits deuxième et troisième bords (24b, 24c) de partie amovible se rencontrent en formant un coin arrondi, de manière à créer une partie de préhension (24d) comprenant ledit coin arrondi.
