Claims (7)
- Plaque de pliage (10) pour plier vers l'intérieur, au moyen d'un gabarit (11) et de lames de pliage, les bords de poches de type plaqué applicables par couture sur un tissu de base d'articles vestimentaires, ladite plaque étant formée par combinaison de plusieurs couches superposées :• une première couche support (12), formant l'embase de support de cylindres de pression ;• au moins une seconde couche support (13), superposable à la première couche support (12) et présentant un bord périphérique correspondant sensiblement à celui de ladite première couche support (12), ladite seconde couche étant en matière plastique ;ladite plaque de pliage (10) étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une couche supplémentaire (15), superposée aux autres couches et réalisée en matériau métallique ferromagnétique, et en ce qu'une pluralité de butées magnétiques profilées (17) est applicable sur ladite couche supplémentaire (15), les butées (17) étant appliquées de manière amovible et fixées à la plaque elle-même pour déterminer la zone de pliage de la poche qui correspond à la conformation dudit gabarit (11) ; lesdites butées magnétiques (17) sont déplaçables à la surface de ladite couche supplémentaire (15) pour son réglage à partir de la forme et des dimensions de la poche en cours de fabrication.
- Plaque de pliage (10) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que lesdites butées magnétiques profilées (17) sont réalisées avec une épaisseur permettant auxdites lames de pliage, qui coopèrent pour plier les pièces sur ledit gabarit, de ne pas se gêner lors de leur déplacement et de se déplacer plus près les unes par rapport aux autres afin de replier les bords de la poche à partir du gabarit les contenant et de les repousser vers l'intérieur, repliées de 180°, en contact avec les butées magnétiques.
- Plaque de pliage (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites butées magnétiques profilées (17) sont pourvues d'un boîtier plastique externe.
- Plaque de pliage (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur des butées magnétiques (17) correspond à l'espace libre entre lesdites plaques de pliage et la couche 15 et est au moins égale à la somme de la double épaisseur du tissu de la poche, à laquelle s'ajoute l'épaisseur du gabarit support de la poche (11).
- Plaque de pliage (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites butées magnétiques (17), qui présentent une forme rectangulaire sensiblement allongée, comprennent deux longs côtés, dont au moins un est rectiligne tandis que l'autre est courbe.
- Plaque de pliage (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un certain nombre de butées magnétiques (17) adaptées aux dimensions de la poche peut être utilisé.
- Plaque de pliage (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des références visuelles correspondant aux formes et aux dimensions les plus courantes des poches utilisées sont appliquées sur la face adhésive de la couche métallique (15), de sorte que les butées (17) peuvent être déplacées avec la plus grande simplicité et précision.
