  • the present invention also relates to a method for assembling such cooking systems.
  • Modern kitchens are often planned and designed according to individual customer wishes and requirements. Such individual design, which often has to take both practical and aesthetic considerations into account, often requires a highly flexible design, arrangement and/or combination of various kitchen elements such as built-in furniture, worktops, hobs, extractor hoods and/or downdraft fans to form a cooking system.
  • the hobs, extractor hoods and/or downdraft fans should preferably be integrated flexibly and in a space-saving manner into the built-in furniture and/or the worktop provided.
  • this is particularly important for known Cooking systems, e.g. with a fully integrated hob, where the surface for setting up cookware is provided by a worktop, and/or known cooking systems with a downdraft fan, which sucks the fatty fumes generated during cooking under the worktop, are often difficult and only possible with considerable, often time-consuming effort.
  • Extractor hoods are often installed above and/or next to and/or around a hob to extract the greasy fumes that rise when cooking and thus prevent the kitchen elements from becoming dirty and unpleasant smells from developing.
  • Downdraft extractors or table extractors are extractor units whose intake openings are normally integrated flush into a worktop and/or hob. The greasy fumes that rise above the hob are typically sucked into the intake opening, freed of grease and smells and then discharged downwards, particularly under the worktop or hob, to a fan.
  • the intake opening is located on a vapor screen and/or other vapor guide elements above the hob in order to achieve better absorption or collection of vapor and/or air through such an at least slightly raised arrangement.
  • vapor screens are designed to be movable so that when they are not needed or not in use, they can be moved or hidden out of sight under the worktop or hob.
  • the cooking system according to the invention comprises at least the features of claim 1.
  • a cooking system comprises at least one furniture body, at least one downdraft fan module and at least one installation device arranged on the furniture body with at least one surface and with at least one recess, wherein the furniture body comprises at least one housing device and at least one largely horizontally aligned support plate element, wherein the housing device delimits an installation volume at least in sections.

  • the support devices 35 clamp the hob device 30, 36 between the installation device 60 and the support plate element 22, here shelf element 24, so that the underside of the installation device 60 and the upper side of the fully integrated hob device 30, 36 have a common contact surface.
  • FIG. 6 an embodiment of a support device 35, 55 is shown purely schematically in a perspective view.
  • a downdraft fan module 50 or a cooking surface device 30, 36 and a furniture body 20 with a housing device 21 and with a support plate element 22 can be seen from the cooking system 13, 15 according to the invention.
  • Shown here is one of preferably at least two support devices 35, 55, which clamps or supports the hob device 30, 36 or the downdraft fan module 50 between a support plate element 22 and a mounting device 60 shown in the previous figures.
  • the support device 35, 55 shown consists of two cylinder bodies 71, 72 inserted into one another. Both cylinder bodies 71, 72 have threads that interact with one another on surfaces facing one another. By rotating the cylinder bodies 71, 72 relative to one another, the common axial extension of the support device 35, 55 can be changed. At one axial end, the head end, of the support device 35, 55, an adapter 74 is provided for fastening the support device 35, 55 to the downdraft fan module 50 or the cooktop device 30, 36.
  • a shell body 75 is arranged at the opposite end of the support device 35, 55, the foot end of the support device 35, 55.
  • the shell body 75 serves to distribute the pressure from the support device 35, 55 over a larger area of the support plate element 22.
  • the shell body 75 has a smooth surface 73 facing the support device 35, 55, which facilitates the rotation of at least one of the two cylinder bodies 71, 72 relative to the support plate element 22 when assembling the cooking system 13, 15.
  • the adapter 74 can be arranged in two different orientations, wherein in one orientation a small height difference and in the other orientation a larger height difference can be set between the support device 35, 55 and the downdraft fan module 50 or the cooktop device 30, 36.
  • the adapter 74 and the shell body 75 are parts of the support device 35, 55.
  • the shell body 75 can be connected in an articulated manner to one of the two cylinder bodies 71, 72.
  • the shell body 75 is designed as a separate component of the support device 35, 55 that is detached from the cylinder bodies 71, 72.
  • the support device 35, 55 also comprises a base plate 76.
  • the base plate 76 serves as a tilt protection for the support device 35, 55.
  • the base plate which is designed as a flat body, has at least two openings 77 for receiving screws or nail pins, by means of which the base plate 76 can be attached to the support plate element 22.
  • the distance between the openings 77 is preferably similar to the radial distance of the individual openings 77 from the center axis of the support device 35, 55. By similar is meant here that the deviation of the individual distances from an equilateral triangle is smaller than a tenth of the sum of the three distances.
  • the base plate 76 shown has a recess 78 for receiving the shell body 75.
  • the contour of the recess 78 is adapted to the external dimensions of the shell body 75, so that the shell body 76 is held immovably in the base plate 76 parallel to the support plate element 22.
  • This holding function can be reinforced by at least one elevation 79 on the edge of the recess 78.
  • the elevation 79 can be designed as a circumferential collar or bead. In the embodiment shown, three elevations 79 are formed by bent tabs. The elevations 79 are evenly distributed around the recess 78.
  • FIG 7 is a purely schematic cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the base plate 76.
  • the base plate 76 has no recess or elevation. Instead, the shell body 75 is made in one piece with the base plate 76.
  • the surface 73 of the shell body 75 facing the cylinder bodies 71, 72 is made concave. This ensures that the lower end face 80 of the cylinder bodies 71, 72 automatically moves to the lowest point with each rotation, or the shell body 75 and thus the entire base plate 76 automatically aligns itself with the center axis of the cylinder bodies 71, 72.
  • the lower end face 70 of the cylinder bodies 71, 72 is preferably made convex.
