Claims (13)

  1. Appareil de fabrication de produits du tabac (10), comprenant :
    une machine à fabriquer des tiges de tabac (1) ;
    caractérisé par
    un ensemble d'assemblage de filtre (2) en aval de la machine à fabriquer des tiges de tabac (1), l'ensemble d'assemblage de filtre (2) comprenant un sous-ensemble de traitement de filtre (2a) configuré pour recevoir des tiges de tabac à longueur simple ou double à partir de la machine à fabriquer des tiges de tabac (1), pour attacher un filtre de produit du tabac aux tiges de tabac et pour enrouler du papier d'emballage autour des tiges de tabac avec le filtre de produit du tabac attaché ; et
    un ensemble de traitement de papier d'emballage en ligne (4) faisant partie de l'ensemble d'assemblage de filtre (2) et accouplé au sous-ensemble de traitement de filtre (2a), l'ensemble de traitement de papier d'emballage (4) incluant une bobine d'alimentation (6) configurée pour contenir une bande continue de papier d'emballage, une unité de traitement de papier d'emballage (7) configurée pour recevoir la bande continue de papier d'emballage à partir de la bobine d'alimentation et pour traiter le papier d'emballage afin d'appliquer un arôme à la bande continue de papier d'emballage et un dispositif d'alimentation en papier d'emballage (5) accouplé au sous-ensemble de traitement de filtre (2a) et configuré pour fournir le papier d'emballage aromatisé au sous-ensemble de traitement de filtre (2a), dans lequel le papier d'emballage comprend du papier de manchette, dans lequel l'ensemble de traitement de papier d'emballage en ligne (4) inclut un ensemble de traitement de papier de manchette en ligne, dans lequel l'unité de traitement de papier d'emballage (7) inclut une unité d'aromatisation du papier de manchette et dans lequel le dispositif d'alimentation en papier d'emballage (5) inclut un dispositif d'alimentation en papier de manchette,
    l'ensemble de traitement de papier de manchette en ligne (4) comprenant en outre : une unité de raccordement de papier de manchette (6a) accouplée en amont à l'unité d'aromatisation de papier de manchette (7) et conçue pour couper en deux la bande continue de papier de manchette provenant de la bobine d'alimentation.
  2. Appareil de fabrication de cigarettes (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'unité de traitement de papier d'emballage (7) est en outre configurée pour traiter le papier d'emballage afin d'appliquer une impression à la bande continue de papier d'emballage.
  3. Appareil de fabrication de cigarettes (10) selon la revendication 2, l'ensemble de traitement de papier de manchette en ligne (4) comprenant en outre :
    une unité d'impression de papier de manchette (8) configurée pour imprimer la bande continue de papier de manchette provenant de la bobine d'alimentation (6) avec des marques d'impression graphiques.
  4. Appareil de fabrication de produits du tabac (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'une unité d'impression de papier d'emballage (7) est en outre configurée pour traiter le papier d'emballage afin d'appliquer un gaufrage à la bande continue de papier d'emballage.
  5. Appareil de fabrication de produits du tabac (10) selon la revendication 4, l'ensemble de traitement de papier de manchette en ligne (4) comprenant en outre :
    une unité de gaufrage de papier de manchette (9) configurée pour gaufrer la bande continue de papier de manchette provenant de la bobine d'alimentation (6).
  6. Appareil de fabrication de produits du tabac (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, l'ensemble de traitement de papier de manchette en ligne (4) comprenant en outre :
    une unité de collage de papier de manchette (7a) accouplée en aval à l'unité d'aromatisation de papier de manchette (7) et configurée pour appliquer de la colle sur le papier de manchette aromatisé.
  7. Procédé (M) de fabrication d'un produit du tabac, le procédé (M) comprenant :
    le déroulement (M1) d'une bande continue de papier d'emballage comprenant du papier de manchette à partir d'une bobine d'alimentation (6) d'un sous-ensemble de traitement de papier d'emballage (4) d'un ensemble d'assemblage de filtre (2) d'un appareil de fabrication de produits du tabac (10) ;
    le raccordement de la bande continue de papier de manchette pour couper en deux la bande continue de papier de manchette provenant de la bobine d'alimentation ;
    le traitement (M2) du papier d'emballage dans l'ensemble de traitement de papier d'emballage (4) en appliquant un arôme à la bande continue de papier d'emballage ; et
    l'introduction du papier d'emballage traité dans un sous-ensemble de traitement de filtre (2a) de l'appareil de fabrication de produits du tabac (10).
  8. Procédé (M) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'ensemble de traitement de papier d'emballage (4) inclut un ensemble de traitement de papier de manchette en ligne de l'appareil de fabrication de produits du tabac (10).
  9. Procédé (M) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel des marques graphiques sont imprimées sur la bande continue de papier de manchette.
  10. Procédé (M) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les marques graphiques sont imprimées par une unité d'impression de papier de manchette (8) configurée pour imprimer la bande continue de papier de manchette provenant de la bobine d'alimentation (6).
  11. Procédé (M) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, dans lequel la bande continue de papier de manchette est gaufrée par une unité de gaufrage de papier de manchette (9) configurée pour gaufrer la bande continue de papier de manchette provenant de la bobine d'alimentation (6).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, dans lequel l'étape consistant à raccorder la bande continue de papier de manchette pour couper en deux la bande continue de papier de manchette provenant de la bobine d'alimentation est effectuée par une unité de raccordement de papier de manchette (6a) accouplée en amont à l'unité d'aromatisation de papier de manchette (7).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, comprenant en outre une étape d'application d'un adhésif sur le papier de manchette aromatisé avant l'attachement d'une tige de tabac avec un filtre de produit du tabac.
