Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (10) und ein Verfahren zum Trocknen eines Werkstückes, wie beispielsweise einer Fahrzeugkarosserie nach dem Lackieren. Dabei weist die Vorrichtung (10) mindestens zwei Aufheizzonen (20, 30) auf. In der Aufheizzone (30) mit höherem Temperaturbedarf wird die Abluft abgezogen und der Aufheizzone (20) mit dem geringeren Temperaturbedarf als Zuluft zugeführt. Da die Abluft der wärmeren Aufheizzone (30) noch immer eine recht hohe Temperatur aufweist, kann in der Aufheizzone (20) mit der geringeren Temperatur ein Wärmetauscher entfallen. Dadurch können Bauraum, Energie und Kosten eingespart werden.The invention relates to a device (10) and a method for drying a workpiece, such as a vehicle body, after painting.
