Claims (6)

  1. Tödliche oder nicht-tödliche Waffenbaugruppe, die dazu bestimmt ist, von einem autorisierten Benutzer (UA) benutzt zu werden, umfassend:
    - einen Werfer (1) für tödliche oder nicht-tödliche Projektile, umfassend:
    eine elektronische Steuereinheit (16), die geeignet ist, einen Auslöseabzug (15) zum Auswerfen eines Projektils (2) zu steuern,
    mindestens ein erstes elektronisches Mittel (18, 19), das mit der elektronischen Steuereinheit verbunden ist, wobei das erste elektronische Mittel geeignet ist, ein elektrisches Signal zu senden oder zu empfangen, das für die Position im Raum des Laufs des Werfers, durch den ein Projektil ausgeworfen werden soll, repräsentativ ist,
    - einen Halter, der dazu bestimmt ist, an dem autorisierten Benutzer befestigt zu werden, umfassend mindestens ein zweites elektronisches Mittel (3, 4), das geeignet ist, ein elektrisches Signal zu senden beziehungsweise zu empfangen, das für eine physikalische Größe des autorisierten Benutzers repräsentativ ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten elektronischen Mittel derart zusammenwirken, dass, wenn der Lauf auf den autorisierten Benutzer gerichtet ist, die elektronische Steuereinheit jedes Auswerfen von Projektilen blockiert,
    wobei das erste elektronische Mittel ein Gyroskop mit 3 Freiheitsgraden (18) ist, das fest mit dem Werfer verbunden ist, während das zweite elektronische Mittel ein Gyroskop mit 3 Freiheitsgraden (3) ist, das fest mit dem Halter verbunden ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, an der oberen Gliedmaße des autorisierten Benutzers befestigt zu werden, der dazu bestimmt ist, den Werfer zu tragen, wobei die elektronische Kontrolleinheit eine Schaltung zum Vergleichen der Winkelpositionen des fest mit dem Werfer verbundenen und des fest mit dem Halter verbundenen Gyroskops beinhaltet.
  2. Waffenbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes der Gyroskope in eine inertiale Messeinheit eingebaut ist.
  3. Waffenbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der an der oberen Gliedmaße zu befestigende Halter eine Armbinde oder ein Ärmel ist, die bzw. der um den Unterarm oder das Handgelenk des autorisierten Benutzers angelegt wird.
  4. Nicht-tödliche Waffenbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste elektronische Mittel ein Empfänger in Form einer Richtantenne (19) ist, während das zweite elektronische Mittel ein Sender eines elektrischen Felds (4) ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, in Kontakt mit der Haut des autorisierten Benutzers zu sein, damit Letztere das elektrische Feld leitet und sendet, wobei die elektronische Steuereinheit jedes Auswerfen von Projektilen blockiert, wenn die Richtantenne das von der Haut des autorisierten Benutzers gesendete elektrische Feld detektiert.
  5. Waffenbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste und zweite elektronische Mittel jeweils aus einem Erdmagnetfeldsensor bestehen, wobei das erste elektronische Mittel an dem Projektilwerfer angeordnet ist, während das zweite elektronische Mittel an dem Körper des autorisierten Benutzers angeordnet ist, wobei die elektronische Kontrolleinheit eine Schaltung zum Vergleichen der Detektionen der beiden Magnetfeldsensoren beinhaltet.
  6. Waffenbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Projektilwerfer eine Elektroimpulswaffe ist.
