Claims (13)

  1. Outil de presse pour la fabrication d'une pièce, comprenant une structure de base (10) en métal, une surface de presse (2) et une couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11, 31), disposée sur la structure de base (10) et constituant au moins partiellement la surface de presse (2), dans laquelle sont incorporées des particules minérales (12, 32), dans lequel
    la surface de presse (2) présente une structure constituée de saillies (4) et de creux (3) ;
    la structure de base (10) est structurée de manière correspondante à la structure de la surface de presse (2) ; caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11) avec les particules minérales (12) incorporées est déformée partiellement et est disposée sur la structure de base (10) uniquement dans des zones prédéterminées, qui correspondent plus particulièrement aux saillies (4) ou à des saillies (4) prédéterminées de la surface de presse (2).
  2. Outil de presse selon la revendication 1, comprenant une autre couche de vernis ou de matière plastique conçue comme une couche de vernis ou de matière plastique complète (35), dans lequel la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11, 31) avec les particules minérales (12, 32) incorporées est partiellement déformée et la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique complète (35) est disposée entre la structure de base (10) et la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique partielle (11, 31).
  3. Outil de presse selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique complète (35) présente un degré de brillance et la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique partielle (11, 31) présente un degré de brillance différent du degré de brillance de la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique complète (35) et/ou dans lequel, dans la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique complète (35), sont incorporées d'autres particules minérales (36).
  4. Outil de presse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les particules minérales (12, 32) présentent une dureté Mohs d'au moins 8 et/ou sont des particules de diamant et/ou présentent une taille de l'ordre du nanomètre ou du micromètre et/ou représentent une part de volume d'au moins 50 % par rapport au volume de la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11, 31) avec des particules minérales (12, 32) incorporées.
  5. Outil de presse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant une couche indicatrice (13, 33) qui est disposée en dessous de la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11, 31) et qui présente une propriété optique qui est différente de la propriété optique de la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11, 31).
  6. Outil de presse selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la couche indicatrice est constituée de métal ou de matière plastique ou est une couche indicatrice de vernis et/ou dans lequel, dans la couche indicatrice (13, 33), sont incorporées des particules présentant des propriétés optiques (34), de sorte que la couche indicatrice (13, 33) présente une propriété optique correspondante qui est différent de la propriété optique de la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11, 31).
  7.     dans lequel la surface de presse (2) présente une structure constituée de saillies (4) et de creux (3), la structure de base (10) est structurée de manière correspondante à la structure de la surface de presse (2) et la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11) avec les particules minérales incorporées (12) est partiellement déformée, comprenant un revêtement partiel avec la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11) avec ajout des particules minérales (12) en fonction des données d'images correspondant à la structure de la surface de presse (2), de sorte que la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique partielle (11) est disposée sur la structure de base (10) uniquement dans des zones prédéterminées, qui correspondent plus particulièrement aux saillies (4) ou à des saillies (4) déterminées de la surface de presse (2).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique est une couche de vernis ou de matière plastique partielle (11, 31) et l'outil de presse (1) comprend une autre couche de vernis ou de matière plastique conçue comme une couche de vernis ou de matière plastique complète (35), qui est disposée entre la structure de base (10) et la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique partielle (11, 31), comprenant les étapes suivantes :

  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, pour la fabrication d'un outil de presse selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, comprenant un revêtement de la structure de base (10) avec la couche indicatrice (13, 33) et un revêtement de la couche indicatrice (13) avec la couche de vernis ou de matière plastique (11, 31) avec ajout de particules minérales (12, 32).
